AFC Urgent Care

Today was a Monday, definitely didn’t go as planned. Ended up at the ER, with an unfortunate accident. I definitely wanted leave a review to the amazing staff, starting from the receptionist. She was very helpful and friendly. Sorry I didn't get her name. Next I want to do a shout out to Liz and crystal for helping with with my accident. Liz definitely made my day, with her positivity, care, and with her expertise!!

This location has been the absolute saver to many visits. I have been coming here for myself an my son for many years. The wait time is ideal , keep in mind could be a very busy place due to the convenience of the location but you will be in the right hands. They have the most courteous staff , whom is friendly personable a treat you like family. P.A Teresa is amazing an always goes into detail to help you understand your diagnosis and what to do next for your proper after care leaving your visit. She has the best team to assist. Maria, Deanna, Sam and Casie. I really appreciate how helpful this staff has attended to myself an my family I had to take the time to leave a positive review , it’s really hard to find a great place when in need. Your team is an asset an you are appreciated. Thank you!

Easy in and out stitches for my work-related cut. Called in right after the accident, they saw me right away and a week later took the stitches back out. Very easy and affordable when paying with card. Crystal, Yvette, Rory, Liz and Laura made the visit easy and pleasant.

Yvette at check in was very welcoming and helpful. It’s really hard to come in with pain and injury and feel like your mind is right. She was quick to set us up and answered questions about insurance efficiently. Mostly she had a caring demeanor which was so reassuring.

Moved here recently from Florida and when I felt sick I wasn’t sure where to go. Thankfully this AFC is right down the street and the staff was so kind and helpful. Wait time was very short and quick! Shout out to Deanna, Kara, Chris, Crystal and Sam for all your help you guys are amazing !!

Awesome experience. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. Front staff were very helpful and efficient. Liz was absolutely amazing, super comforting and ensuring. Most people hate going to the doctors because it’s time consuming, scary, and/or judgmental. Liz and all of the staff made sure to disregard any of those feelings!

Kristen was very attentive and concerned about my health. She check on my wife and I several times and even brought us water while we were in the exam room. She really know her job and knows how to take care of her patents. Thanks Rich and Terry.

Candy, Chris, Maria, Savannah, and Laura were amazing!! I was able to schedule a time to come in and they took the time to listen to what I was feeling and did a thorough exam. I am so thankful for their professionalism and care!

I really don’t set the bar high for something like an urgent care, but this place is a nightmare. Save yourself the trouble and don’t go here if you’re sick. When I went in with covid earlier this year, my doctor was very standoffish and literally said to me “well, what are you expecting us to do about it”. A covid test to confirm would have been a nice start. They made me feel stupid for coming in. In addition to that, I paid my bill before it was due in October and they’re still sending me threatening letters. I called both the front desk and their patient services line several times over the past two months to resolve this. They never answered and never called me back. I finally got ahold of them today to get this resolved. They said that if someone in the office “forgets to print out” the paid billing info for the day, it can just be lost and not associated with the correct account. This is such a ridiculous system that it feels like it may be intentionally predatory. Seriously, I’d recommend staying far away from this place.

Urgent care is just that, urgent. Not appointment based. Waiting over two hours to be seen as i was not aware of being able to make a reservationwhat they call it. The CNA that helped me asked me what is going on only to interrupted and not allowed to explain what my illness was. My 3 min check with the Dr her checking my ears and looking in my throat , Rx antibiotics for possible sinus infection. Mind you she never looked in my nose or try to fill for any pressure points. Felt like a complete waste of time and inconvenience. I will definitely end up going to Swedish urgent care at Southwest Plaza before I come back to this facility
