LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS AND DO NOT GO HERE. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had at a doctor's office or anywhere else. I got a confirmation text for my appointment yesterday. Then when I showed up for my appointment today, they told me my appointment had been canceled yesterday. I do not have record of any phone call from them. I asked the receptionist if they called to cancel and she said yes and that they left a voicemail. My voicemail is not set up, so there was no way that was true. Furthermore, why would I show up for an appointment if I was contacted and told that the appointment was canceled? Just for the fun of it? The receptionist was combative and making excuse after excuse. She did it all with a smile on her face, which came across as smug. I told her I wouldn't be back and she told me to have a great day. Whatever. I was also told my insurance was invalid when I called about the refund- it is not. This is the second time this has happened. They said that they are too busy to process a refund and that it will be done tomorrow, but I'm not holding my breath. I was giving this place one more chance because my first therapist was horrible. She was asking me questions and open mouth audibly yawning and fiddling in her desk. She shouldn't have asked me questions if she wasn't interested in the answer. Please beware of this place. I don't know what their mission is, but it's certainly not helping people. Talking to a brick wall is better for your mental health than this place.
Genuine place. I’ve been coming since February. The receptionists are kind and very helpful. A few weeks ago they were professional and respectful while dealing with an upset customer. Since this is a mental health facility, they handled it in a very respectful manner with that mental health struggle in mind. My therapist is a good listener and I appreciate the work put into it all. Also, it always smells good in there. I do recommend this place.
The staff from the front office, to the doctors are truly amazing. They genuinely care about their patients, and want to ensure each patient receives the best care possible. I spoke with billing and then a young lady named Alyssa in the front office. Alyssa went above and beyond explaining how my co-pay towards my deductible works with different providers, she was truly a pleasure to work with.
I have tried to contact this company several times. I am NOT and NEVER have been a patient and yet they have turned me over to collections for missing an appointment that I NEVER had and NEVER made. The office manager will not return my call. I did speak to billing and she said they would cancelled the debt. However, I received another notice from the collection agency so I am contacting the KS AG of consumer protection division and filling a formal complaint. I am also filling a identity theft complaint as I still do not know how they obtained my PI. I would contact the BBB but surprise they are not a part of it. I will also place a negative google review. I would not recommend this company, I'm not even a patient, I can't imagine how they treat those who are. Horrible.
I’m not sure about the main location, but they are a mess at the office on Rock Road since their long time receptionist there left early this year. Since then, they went through at least 3 receptionists in a couple of months, and communication was very difficult. Actually, communication and getting a return call or acknowledgement at all of your voicemail message left is extremely challenging. They repeatedly say that if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, even if it is via leaving a message, they will not charge you. That was not at all the case for me, even when I explained and provided a Verizon bill showing calls made and the dates. Billing didn’t return my calls plural for two weeks, then threatened to send me to collections for one disputed fee. I pay all my bills and I have excellent credit.
The bad reviews caught me off guard completely. Every single interaction I’ve had with everybody in this office has been nothing but pleasant. The therapist we had seen was very personable and easy to speak to; however, wasn’t compatible with my child and that’s okay. It happens. The medication management doctor was nothing but knowledgeable, personable and patient. He explained my child’s diagnosises in a way that both my child and I could understand. I enjoyed my experience with my kiddo so much, my partner and I will be going here from now on for our own mental health needs as well.
Listen to the reviews!!! They randomly cancel your appointments and do not tell you, until you show up. Then discharge you with no explanation in middle of the waiting room in front of people. They embarrassed me, so I embarrassed them. They can respond to this review and say I was wrong and acting inappropriately. They messed up my appointment, made me miss two hours of unpaid work, and was not helpful when having a panic attack. When working with MENTAL HEALTH patients, you have to be ready for when this happens. Not have my Dr come into the waiting room and discharge me in front of everyone. I was having a panic attack due to their messing with my appointment. Yes, I was inappropriate but news flash I was having a panic attack and was wanting my DR to help me. Instead DR. Peter Sieler came into the waiting room and told me to leave the property and he will no longer see me. So HE was not fully prepared or just didn't care to help me through my panic attack. Hopefully people will read these reviews and walk away from this place. You can find better and cheaper. $200 for 15 minutes and just there to up your meds. They are not there for you, you are their cash pig and that's all they want. Money hungry and obviously for a reason, cant keep patients long enough.
Maybe this place would be nice if they could get their scheduling straight. First time we had a problem they scheduled my wife an hour later than they had told us on our last visit. Luckily that day the doctor was open when we got there, so no biggie. Then, on a visit on November 30th, we get a card that says our next appointments are Jan 19, Jan 26, and Feb 1. Well it's Jan 19 today, we show up just to be told "oh your appointment was yesterday. You'll have to come back on your Feb 1st appointment" "No, it was today, heres the paper saying it was supposed to be today. Wait..what do you mean Feb 1st appointment? We have another for the 26th of this month" "Oh sorry, that appointment doesn't exist ." So they put it one appointment correct, one appointment a day early, and another they didn't even enter...and they were all given to us at the same time. How do you even do that without trying?? Here I was thinking we were unlucky, but nope, reading these reviews we seem to be going par for course. Gonna be calling insurance tomorrow and getting a new provider. This place is trash!
Never had a place want to take $50 out of my bank to hold an appointment that would be weeks later. Definitely didn't feel comfortable doing that. Guess I'll be looking for another place ...
Truly the worst experience with a doctor's office. Billed me for self pay 2 times even though they have had my insurance information which has paid multiple times with them now.... from the start, but claim that they denied payment and billing refused to refile the claims. I have experienced what medical billing is and this was truly horrible service. The billing department took 4 weeks to get back to me and decided I still owe them money. Thankfully my doctor left this group but seriously, find another place to go.
