My family has been repeatedly customers since 1994. Currently trying to pay off a truck despite recently losing my job. Honest and helpful personnel. Will use them again very very soon. I will change my review to 5 stars the minute they figure out an online payment system. I prefer to pay all bills the minute my check drops.

Larry sold me my 2014 Pathfinder so excited, he was kind, nice, easy to talk to and was patient/child friendly. I was able to test drive with my children with me and all. He didn't take up much of my time, was very fast about the process! He found the perfect size & price of vehicle for my needs as a hospice worker, mom & massage therapist I needed space but good mileage at an affordable price. My credit wasn't the best, even had a repo on my report and they still got me into my dream vehicle with lower monthly payments then I excepted!! I'm not to sure about this place. Both of my daughters bought cars close around the same time and both have return both of they cars twice for service. First time transmission for both. Then second time one was transmission again the other one engine dropped while she was driving not liking that at all. Very unsafe. They did fix both. Hoping we don't have to return again whoever inspect these cars need to be fired. I regret not being there to look at them first. Salesmen cool but not liking he sold them those vehicles but I guess it ain't his fault. He just sell them. But I do appreciate they honoring they word and fixing them. But to much hassle. We as the people expect better. Y'all been in business to long to make these type of mistakes.

Do not buy from them! I bought a 2014 dodge avenger $10,000 total for the vehicle still owe 3800 and I have dumped over $4000 in repairs in this vehicle!!!! At the end of the day I have done spent over $14,000 on a car that’s not even worth it!! And they say there’s a warranty till paid off but the problem is is every time you take your car in to get serviced at their place the mechanic always says there’s nothing wrong with the vehicle and then you take it to get inspected and pay $150 and there’s about 15 different things wrong with your vehicle!!! I gave a 2 star because they ask for your 3 digit security code when making a payment now which is a huge security risk. I don't want my info stolen or my money to be at risk just to make a payment.

I went with a female friend of mine yesterday to help her find a new SUV or at least a newer used SUV. I'm not a real big fan of dealerships because the pressure sales. But I wanted to help her get a good quality vehicle we had made about six stops before we waiting to Affordable Autos. As we were driving the lot to check out the vehicles a Salesman casually walked out to help us he was very low pressure and very helpful I must say is the first time I've ever been to a dealership and didn't want to say unkind things to the people there we're going back tomorrow to pick up her new Ford Edge . Thank you for no pressure assistance. It was almost a pleasurable car buying experience. When we go to get her vehicle tomorrow I will make sure I include salesman's name in this post

Horrible place to do business...uses the bait and switch sales approach. I had a deal signed and they came back and wanted to change the agreed upon terms. When I said we already signed the papers they accused me of trying to do a straw purchase because I was on the phone with the mother of my children talking about the car. This was so they could break the agreement. My lawyer the bbb and the fraud dept of the district attorney's office has been notified.

While their prices have spiked, I can assure you that they are a good dealership. They honor their warrant and have been a staple business in Wichita for years, decent customer service and far more trustworthy than certain dealerships on the same road.

Kevin helped me with getting a car. He did a amazing job at working with me on everything that I needed.
