Affordable Dentures

Why would it take ten months to get dentures? I always felt that I was at your mercy,every step of the way. Why is it acceptable for any business to NOT return urgent calls to patients? Why are there no follow-up contact with patients? NUMEROUS calls with detailed messages with date and time of when the messages were sent & not even a one return call how do you even stay in business? Seriously, almost $4,000 dollars and these are my permanent teeth? The temporary looked better, but like I said, i was at your mercy for almost a year so I didn't dare complain, how could I, you never returned a call. You people are a piece of work, and if there had been a way to rate zero stars, that would've been a rating you deserve! Public, be aware, Please DO NOT use this place, it's the biggest scam in Albuquerque, trust that!

I would recommend going to another place. They forget about their patients and start to get rude with you when you ask a simple question. They took 3 patients back before us that came in 30 mins after we did. I know it’s affordable, but I would not recommend anyone coming here.

The dentist and staff were fast, friendly, funny and efficient. They were running a bit late and apologized multiple times for the slight wait. These things happen with any business, but they handled it beautifully. Great service.

My mom had her dentures done and they look beautiful considerimg the experience this company has returning phone calls is ridiculous. My mom is in need of an adjustment desperately. She has left a total of 15 messages and still no return call back. Don't know if she will ever receive a call still waiting...

I purchased the ultimate fit denture, their best denture option, $5K with extractions. Dr. Herndon sold me on the package and I was planning on following up with the implants. When I began the process I didn't get Dr. Herndon but a new doctor who to their credit, tried very hard but lacked the experience. I requested to be seen by Dr Herndon but that fell on deaf ears. The whole process took almost 9 mos including numerous re-fittings and recasts. During the entire period I wasn't able to use the temporary lowers so I went w/o bottom teeth the entire period. The final ultimate denture was far from ultimate, the lowers are barely acceptable appearance wise and don't fit secure enough to eat all but the most soft foods. I lost 17lbs during that 9 mos, weight that I really can't afford to loose, I've yet to gain it back. I no longer eat in public and it's negatively affected my quality of life. Zero follow up from them even though I gave them $5K of my money. I left after my last fitting with the feeling they were glad to be done with me even though I'm an ideal patient personality wise, not a complainer. I indicated what the issues were and left them to resolve it, they had plenty of opportunities. I could go back and complain but there's a point where I feel I've given them plenty of chance to produce a well fitting and visual pleasing denture. I'll be paying a new place to provide something usable.

They always always overbook - or as they say, they are only working with 25% of their staff so they do their best. Seems to me that if they don’t have the staff then they shouldn’t book as if they have a full staff load of people to work. They say it’s all directed by corporate and it’s not their doing. The staff that is here is just okay - some people don’t have time to be nice or just move you on through. It was a good price but it takes all day for an appt and appts are made weeks or months ahead of time. NOT happy with this service in general.

Very nice all that work there ! It was nice to go that was professional, made me feel comfortable in my situation in the services that I need to get done to repair my teeth and always had a smile on their faces and made me feel welcome. I would recommend, and I will be recommending affordable, dentures and implants.

Worst customer service ever!! I waiting an hour over my appointment time, say the dentist who said they would call me with my next scheduled appointment date, which never happened and no one ever answered the phone!! No thanks. I will pay more for better service somewhere else!!

Very disappointed with my evaluation I arrived early just to wait an hour fifteen minutes no one went to check on me tell me sorry to wait would you like a water and I tried explaining uncomfortably wearing dentures but that was the route she thought best. I went looking to get a smile and walked out not happy

Everyone was very nice. The only problem I have is that I was told when I made the appointment that if I got there early they would have time to make the denture and I would have it when I left. That did not happen. I’m super disappointed.
