Affordable Dentures

Was quoted a price for extraction without it being mentioned that you have to pay for everything up front before you get that price. Was scheduled a morning appointment knowing I needed teeth pulled then once we got there we were informed that they only do extractions in the afternoon. We drove over an hour for absolutely no reason. Package prices are not that much cheaper than a private dentist. Staff in the back was great, front desk not so much. Very disappointed.

Dr. Nguyen is the worst dentist to work for. He doesn't care about his patients, just the money, and he doesn't care about his employees. He overflows the schedule while being short staffed to where his patients are waiting in the lobby for 2+ hours sometimes just waiting to be SEEN! And when hes not making money, or a patient doesnt start treatment, he treats them completely different and says its a waste of time for him. They treat their patients so bad that I honestly would NEVER recommend anyone to come here. The office was only clean when I worked there because I actually did the work to clean properly. I quit after a year and a half of working there because Dr. Nguyen does not know how to speak to people and expects to get respect. I will never in my life have anything good to say about this Dr. Nguyen.The dental assistants are AMAZING! The lab techs are AMAZING! Without them, the place would not be ran. Dr. Nguyen does not know how to run a business!

Dr. Nguyen took care of me. I had 16 teeth pulled and the staff was very caring and helpful. My dental history was filled with fear and untrust.i needed people who were understanding and cincere about truly caring and listening to my needs. He frequently asked if I was OK during my treatment. When we were done I couldn't believe how fast he finished. When we were all done I left feeling very glad I had chose affordable dentures. Thank you to all who have helped me.

The dentist was very nice. However we figure up what we should be looking at to pay according to their price sheet for my husband 3500 we get THEIR figures and damn near 7000. Affordable that was comical. Now as for mine I went their 7 years ago and have never been able to get them in my mouth they don't fit. But nothing they can do. Wow

Honestly this place is a joke!! They won’t return phone calls and they don’t care about their patients. They run you through like cattle and just want to get to the next patient. You will set for hours and when you finally do get in they rush to get you out. I truly wish I had went elsewhere!! New appointment:: Well after my last appointment they did better at answering the phone and actually were concerned about my review but this was my 4th visit for the same problem biting my lip and after the adjustment they were exactly the same. I’m beginning to think they don’t do anything but pretend and send you on your way. I asked her if the denture being lose made me bite my lip and she told me I needed new dentures if they were lose, REALLY my dentures were not even 2 months old and I need new ones?!?! Seriously?? Went home and put a liner in and they fit better but still biting my lip. Guess if I want that fixed I’ll have to go elsewhere.

Don't bother wasting your time or money. You will wait in the waiting room for well over an hour for every single appointment. The waiting area and bathrooms are disgusting. They are always dirty, trash in the floors of the bathrooms, toilets rarely work. The back area of the office where exams and extractions is always a mess, cabinets falling apart, chairs with rips and holes. They will kindly pull all your teeth, but it's too much trouble to clean you up after. My husband had his teeth pulled and they sent him out to the waiting area... Which was jammed full as always.... Covered in his own blood. All over his clothes, his face, his neck and glasses. We scheduled appointments thinking we could get back to our home town in enough time to pick up our children. But an appointment time means nothing to this office. You will wait for FAR too long just to get to the back exam rooms. The only star is for the ONE front receptionist. Lady in her mid 40s, blonde hair, extremely sweet and caring. Not only will we never return, we will also not be recommending. Doing the opposite actually.

Customer service is much improved since I was there 6 months ago. There was a lot of room for improvement. I got top of the line partial dentures in September 2021. One tooth broke out in July '22. It took 5 or 6 phone calls just to get an appointment to repair them. Then there were 30 people in the waiting room, clearly overscheduled. On 13 December 3 teeth broke out, obviously because of poor original adhesion. This time it took only one call to Jackie on 14 December for an appt on 5 January. There were only a handful of people waiting and Brandy helped me quickly. I had to pay $215 up front and wait a week without dentures, but that is tolerable IF they are properly repaired. Bert

I went in thinking that I’d be able to get my teeth the same day like they said but they did my dentures Wong so I went back to get them re-done still didn’t fit so I had to go back and do it all over again. I still can’t wear my dentures until I can get my implants cuz the top is way to big for my mouth. They didn’t want to re-do my impressions for my teeth so I could wear them but There is one girl there that really tried helping me there and thank you for that cuz they finally did them. They came out way better this last time but still can’t wear them. They never said anything about my gums or etc until I already paid all this money and went back and forth driving from one town to another 3-4 times. I’m not happy with it at all especially when I paid good money and here it is 3 weeks later and can’t wear my teeth. I look like my top gums and teeth stick out bad. I can’t wear that to work or around town that’s embarrassing. I thought I’d be able to have my teeth the same day then go back later to get my implants yet I was wrong. Other than that they are really nice and polite

Dr Dan and all the ladies are wonderful. I'm getting only a top plate and I have a few issues that are outside of the denture issues, but they have taken great care of me, and made me feel like I am important to them, not just another payment in their pockets. They are all so friendly and knowledgeable. I totally recommend them 110%

I was just seen yesterday, I have had dental problems and have a deficiency that causes my teeth to break, Dr was so kind and respectful, Monday I will be having 23 teeth surgically removed and a temp denture until the healing is done then my regular ones. I will update after the procedure* Dayof procedure, everyone has been so kind to me as I am visually shaking, all employees took the time to assist with calming me down, Dr was absolutely professional and so kind, and gentle I will never seenother dentist as long as Dr Nguyen is available. 10plus stars .
