My Patient Coordinator, Justin and Dr. Emy we’re both so wonderful. The intake paperwork is straightforward, they were prompt, and I received my certification in a convenient pdf for upload within 24 hours. They offered any help I need with the online renewal process, as well. With every text, I received a response right away, even after hours. The Dr was thorough & kind. Highly recommend. And the price for my renewal of a valid card was great compared to other options I researched.
I decided on a whim to start the process to get my medical card and it couldn’t have been any smoother…your coordinator will help you with any questions along the way and they make it SO easy.
Simple and quick. I have been seeing this office since 2014 and they've grown so much. From a tiny little spot with one doctor to now being all telemedicine, they continue to make the process better and easier each time. They made a mistake on one of my forms before years ago, but they caught the mistake and made it right and earned my business for like. Thank you guys!
I’ve gone to AEAZ for many of my certifications, and the doctors have always been compassionate, the service has always been top notch and quick on top of it, and I always receive my medical card very shortly after. Thank you guys for doing what you do

Great experience. Staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone. Was my initial reaction. Staff in person was great. The lack of communication is not so much lately. Went in on a Friday and was told my card would be ran at the end of their day. Weekend passed and no charge. No confirmation of any kind that I was even there. When I called the person on the other end tells me they are under new management and will be processing everything ASAP. Nothing seemed to have come from this. Now as I read the reviews on here it shows that they’ve responded to all the negative reviews people posted in google. Which is leaves me with the concern that they care more about their public view than putting the time in with their current customers who are in pain and in need of the medication.
Although it is taking a long time to receive my card in the mail which has nothing to do with them, this clinic has been so helpful. The employee answering the phone is always quick and happy to help. Very easy experience and I do feel like the genuinely care.

At this point I am disappointed. I attended my appointment which was easy and pleasant, however... They told me my card information would come into the mail in 3-5 business days, it’s been 3 weeks and one day, I have not received ANYTHING and no one has returned my calls, none has texted back, no voicemails- nothing! I am upset because I need medication to function through my pain and to have restful sleep. If I knew this was going to happen I would have gone somewhere else. I waited to write my review until the entire process was done because I wanted to leave an honest review and I have waited long enough. I may change/ update my review when there is some follow through. I have ran multiple businesses, some that have odd hours which I also used a cell phone instead of an office phone, however even during off hours I would ALWAYS reply to my paying customers because I care about the care of my patients and clients, they are that important, especially when you are dealing with their health and pain. There is no excuse especially when there is cell phones/text! This makes me feel robbed or juped. I’m shocked because the experience at the center was lovely, very friendly staff and clean environment. I also appreciate that they want to start providing medicated CBD massages and more, but I am upset no one has gotten back with me, enough to the point where I am leaving this review. It was a great experience until it came down to receiving my card information in the mail and receiving some type of customer service to help me with this issue. To the owner of this company, please help me resolve this issue!
I did have a decent experience,however, it would be appreciated if they had better hours? I am experiencing an issue with the state end and since they're the ppl who submitted my information it would be nice if I could reach someone but they dont open til 2! I also hated the fact that they couldn't take my entire fee the same dayoffice fee Saturday, then I had to call back Monday to pay the state fee over the phone while at work pretty inconvenient...not to mention with auto pay on most of my bills, I almost didnt have the funds available...
