Never followed through with coming back to fix mistakes and damages . Never properly responds to texts and phone calls. I have 8 months of texts saved about promises to fix damage, repair 2 pieces of wood, etc... DO NOT pay this company in full until after the job is 100 percent done.

Supposed to have an estimate done at 9 am. Waited hours, no call.

Did our family room floor the day before the 4th of July. They rushed through the job...not letting the leveling compound set up. The floor is not level....lots of bumps. Never came back to clean up the glue left on the floor after repeated calls.

Dave did an awesome job on our kid’s bathroom floor and even went out of his way to accommodate us on short notice just before we had our family Thanksgiving dinner. We look forward to working with him again on any future flooring needs. Raymoan & Tammy
