Affordable Water Damage

We had a bathroom remodel that we discovered was not done correctly a month after the initial installation. By then the water damage was extensive. The remodeling company hired Steve to mitigate the damage. Steve arrived quickly upon the discovery of the damage. He was polite, professional and thorough. Steve worked with us for quite a while when the remodeling company didn't want to pay for ALL the damage, and we were forced to go through our insurance company. Steve was always prompt with phone calls and requests for insurance paperwork. He takes the business seriously and does the best for his customers.Service: Water damage-related mold removal

I had a water spill overflowing sink that soaked 2 bedrooms, a hallway, and into the basement. Steve from Affordable responded instantly and set about drying everything out. He showed up every day to monitor progress and handled coordination with my insurance adjuster. I couldn't be more pleased, and would recommend him to anyone facing water-related damage.Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

Steve charged 2,200 dollars to cut out a small area of wet carpet, some trim and dry out the area after our basement flooded. I don't find this price reasonable. "Affordable" is not an appropriate term to use for his business name.
