AFRU Gallery

First Friday of the month openings and great folks. Well worth stopping in 2-6 Fri-Sun if you miss the opening. Always a different theme to the show so it's fresh every time. The live music for openings is always great.

Full disclosure: a friend runs this gallery. However, I would still be a repeat visitor if they did not. It is such an odd and fun environment that I've enjoyed it quite a lot over the years.

In a city that's pushing its artists away, this is one of the last cool galleries still somehow surviving and thriving. Art For the Rest of Us! Monthly exhibits with opening receptions 6pm to midnight every First Friday.

Amazing gallery space, beautiful interior, warehouse vibe, great place for some live music and small bar good times!
