Amazing staff from MAs to Doctors. Akeem and Allison were very nice and professional. They both made my FIRST experience of care excellent. All are kind, professional and knowledgeable. Entire office is clean and well sanitized. Amazing service options. They offer X-rays on premises, diabetic care, provide medical supplies if necessary & etc.

Hello, my first visit to this establishment was a great experience. Quick sign in. Everyone was very polite, welcoming & caring. The triage nurse Maria, the student and doctor were amazing as well. Grateful to have found a great medical spot not too far from home. Thanks

I had a great experience, I ran to this location because it was the near my home. I was having a asthma attack, heavy breathing, wheezing and it felt like stomach was pressing down on my chest. I walked in was greeted and I asked if they care for asthma she told me yes coming straight around without hesitation. I was in the door and on the machine in less than 2 minutes. The staff was very nice, kept checking on me & the doctor even made me laugh during my visit. I’m just thankful they were still open to care for me because I felt like i was a goner lol but thanks everyone for the care!

I love it here! The staff, the service, the location, it’s just perfect for us. Even if they are really busy they’re all very attentive, kind & gentle, giving great care with smiles on their faces! This is how all doctors offices should be, y’all are the best! Xoxo

This was my first visit, and the service was excellent. The nurses and doctor were very attentive and answered all my questions. The general waiting time was only about 15-20 minutes. I highly recommend this clinic. Thank you so much for everything.

Staff was really friendly. I didn't even wait 5 minutes to be called and they were super accommodating.. Great experience overall.

Great people, team is amazing, were able to help me with all concerns. First time i met those type of services within 8 years. Inna and Dr. Dollison helped from beginning until the end of visit, great people . Will return!

Not the place for X-rays!! I went to the urgent care about an hour before they closed last night. I saw Dr. Dollison, who was truly wonderful, but the X-ray tech had left for the day, so I was told to come back in the morning. Saw the tech, who was efficient, and everything went smoothly at first, but I was told after all of this that they would have my results in 3-5 days. It is Wednesday as I write this, and I work with my hands and need to know if I should call out. Not having results until potentially next week, assuming business days, is not helpful. I asked to cancel sending the images out so that I could go somewhere with faster results, but the woman at the front desk told me this is how it is everywhere. It absolutely is not. When I went for an X-ray at ModernMD a couple years ago, they reviewed it, showed me the images, and sent me access to them all within minutes. I called to confirm that they can still do this before pleading with the woman at the desk once again not to send the images to offsite radiology so I could go somewhere else I'm sure insurance wouldn't cover duplicate visits, at which point they told me a doctor could look at the images and speak to me today, so I waited a little longer only for her to tell me she couldn't tell me anything and to call back in a few days. When I asked if they could share the images with me, they acted like this was a bizarre request but had the tech bring them up so I could take pictures of them with my phone, which are obviously not good quality. I understand that not everywhere has a radiologist onsite, but 3-5 days is not what I would expect from URGENT care, and patients should definitely be informed before taking X-rays that this is their turnaround time. 5 stars for Dr. Dollison's bedside manner and being open until 10. 1 star for my experience today.

Listen this might be my best and fast urgent care experience ever!!! Shout out to Grisell for getting my blood work done she found my messy and usually difficult vein with one painless try. Everyone from the front desk staff to the radiologist and Np who I think was Elina are worthy of the rating. I think I’ll be coming here for primary care now too.
