Agave Mexican Restaurant

Having lived in the southwest, perhaps I was expecting something different for Mexican style food. While everything was fresh, the flavor profiles on the meals we had were a bit . off. Not that the food was bad, things tasted good, just not the flavors we have become accustomed to. Service was great, food was fresh, ample servings, wish we had room for dessert because they sounded good.

The street corn is incredible. The margaritas are made with fresh ingredients. The trio of guacamole is delicious. The service is great! We love taking our visiting guests there because we always know it'll be a hit.

Love the atmosphere and the food was fabulous! I'd really appreciate the wait staff not being in such a hurry that they interrupt a table's conversation. Give us a moment to acknowledge your presence...we will. This is the only reason I did not give Agave a 5-star rating.

Shared dinner with a friend here. There was a wait but we hung out at the bar (with the awesome bartenders, Michael and Chad are super nice and total cuties!) I had a wonderful flavored margarita recommended by the bartender and it did not disappoint. We then received our table and shared two entrees and were wowed! So great! Recommend making reservations on busy Fridays or the weekends!

Heaven on Earth. My wife and I drove two hours to just have lunch there yesterday. The margaritas are the best I have ever had. They are made fresh to order, no fake premade drink mixes here. Service was good and the food was amazing. Love this place.
