I purchased a baby grand piano from A&O in a recent auction. I bid live via phone and the employee taking my bids was professional, responsive, and kept me informed throughout the entire bidding process. The payment and pickup after the auction could not have been easier. Will definitely be buying from A&O again in the future!

I have been bidding with A&O for almost three years, through every auction they put on. Not only have they been super professional, courteous and knowledgeable, but they ALWAYS like to add a bit of humor into their auctions. Robert and Christy Ahlers are as great as they come, dont look any where else!

Terrible experience. Similar to prior complaints. NO FAIR WARNINGS or LAST CALLS given. Auctioneer has a hot and heavy hammer! Robert Ahlers needs to reevaluate his auction protocols and improve his skills as an auctioneer. Bid elsewhere are as this auction house does what it wants!

On Dec 20 I warned about a Pedro Figari drawing being a fake. I was later sold for 1.600 dollars...

Not a good experience. As an absentee bidder, I appeared to be the winning bid on my screen. However, the auctioneer awarded the item to a bidder on the floor. There was no "Fair Warning". .Have tried many times to get this corrected, or explained, but Ms Rickenbacker refuses to return calls..
