Walked into the shop and said "Good afternoon" and was greeted with silence. Not even a glance in my direction from both employees at the counter. When I walked up to the counter, I stood for a full minute before someone bothered to look up. When they did, I was greeted with an annoyed stare rather than a "How may I help you?". I stated my needs, and while they did answer my questions, they seemed extremely irritated that I would inquire about a potential purchase. They did not have what I needed, but by this point I wouldn't be giving them my money anyway. I instead went to Columbia Welding where I was promptly greeted and my questions answered. They also did not have what I needed, but the service was far superior.
