I'm back with another review! Google PLEASE HIRE ME!: I recently transferred to this AICA location and so far I am happy that I did. From signing in, treatment, being seen by the doctor, it has been pleasant thus far. I would like to give a personal review on Dr. Karra. Meeting with her was pleasant, she made me feel comfortable, and she listened. She made sure to make me feel a little better than I did coming in. Dr. Karra, adjusted my back after feeling it was very tight and it was the BEST muscle/bones adjustment I have ever received! It was better than a massage! Dr. Karra, if you are able to read this, THANK YOU! The pressure feeling I had in my chest has went away and I'm just saying, I think your adjustment relieved the pressure/discomfort. LoL! I will definitely be back and requesting Dr. Karra. If you get a chance to visit AICA Cobb I suggest you request Dr. Karra as well. If you follow my google reviews then you know! :

I was turned away from my appointment due to me being 15 mins late, I get it… But when I make it to my appointment 15 mins prior and someone else is taken back at the time of my appointment is not fair treatment to me or my time… I’ve dealt with this on multiple occasions… It’s a double standard to want me to accommodate the offices time, but the office is not willing to accommodate mine! And the receptionist had the nerve to laugh at my pain… She rolled her eyes after I asked her if I would have to sit here and hour for my appointment, then laughed after I explained my frustration.. Way to go with the professionalism…

Fast and friendly service!! Very clean and welcoming office!!

1 of the worst places to go for therapy. They have become so big as a company. It shows in the level of care to patients. I was in accident. Constantly said was in pain asked for better treatment and meds. Was told had to wait week for a doctor to get meds and prosthetics. Don't know why Marietta office even open. Was suppose to have rides set up. Was billed for rides to appointments when I wasn't scheduled. After voicing the lack of care that wasn't provided. The young kids that work desk would schedule ride 15-30 minutes after scheduled appointment or wouldn't send a car at all. During x-ray they same kids working front desk did x-ray and I could see x-ray wasn't good quality. She called 2 more employees from front to assist and view images. UNPROFESSIONAL Don't know why they didn't let car service wait cause they LITERALLY did tens unit with heat and I saw doctor that was allegedly chiropractor did nothing hardly touched me. In all from check in to exit was less than 15 minutes. Took longer to wait for ride. Complained to Attorney and insurance company and staff said I refused to come to appointments. The Marietta office has office workers doubling as the masseuse. Very UNPROFESSIONAL and UNQUALIFIED. If you like an office of unqualified kids putting a heat pad on you for 3 minutes then this is place for you. But if you want quality care and someone to address your pain management find another facility.

Great staff, from the front to back. I never felt unwelcome or like a number. And they are genuine in seeing you get better. I would recommend them and have even for non car accident needs. So many things they taught about posture, strengthen muscles, and so much more. I am very grateful and looking forward to finishing my care. Thanks in advance for getting me back to better, because I learned so much.

Visited this location yesterday to see Jose. Was greeted by a cheerful and polite Chloe. She was very kind and keep me updated on my wait time to see my provider. Jose is wonderful, knowledgeable, and compassionate. He always takes the time to address all my concerns. Thankfully yesterday was my last visit but I would recommend them for others who are struggling. You don’t have to live with pain everyday!

All of the staff at AICA are extremely friendly and knowledgeable; from the ladies at the front desk, therapy room, and even the doctors! I feel welcomed and at home every time I step through the doors. I know they will take good care of me. Highly recommend!

Was in a car accident couple weeks ago. Been seen for treatment here for the last 2 weeks. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful while going above and beyond to fit your scheduling needs. Called last minute a day before and they was able to get me in the next day no problems for therapy. I recommend them to anyone!

As soon as I walked in for my first appointment, the staff took great care of me. I would recommend them to anyone. Best customer service, and they genuinely care. I love how my chiropractor Dr. Sura was the best. I saw Dr. Marti today and he also took great care of me.

I had a great experience with AICA for the past three months. Friendly staff, great care, and I’m leaving with much better body & mind. AICA also recommended me an attorney who has made my life much easier. It was my first time dealing with an accident + a damaged body, and AICA made sure to help me get back to my old self!
