I just got back from my trip from Mumbai.I was weary initially about booking with this airline .But I was so satisfied with their service and punctuality. I ordered a Indian meal and the food was good. The seats are comfortable and plane looks well maintained. The staff is a little stressed out and over whelmed with the long flights. Not very friendly. But my overall experience was very satisfactory especially with the low cost of airfare I paid to go all the way to India.I would fly with them again.

Worst airline in the history of airlines. Worst food in the industry. They lie and tell you, you can't use your phone or laptop because of "interference" all lies of course. Staff not friendly at all.

Horrible services at Air China!!! Be careful too book any ticket at Air China. The representative who names Nina who scare to let me know her last name that even didnot attempt to help or listen the demand and all the time push me back to change with the third booking agency. What a horrible staff and training!!! She was none stopping repeat that's all we can do, there is no any other thing we can do, you have to contact the agency! with rude tone.
Do not ever book this airline if you don't wish receive the horrible service and tread you as beggar! This type staff should fire! It's the tumour poison the company!

Their website does not list their Super Economy seats LAX to PEK on the 787, so you have to call customer service. Although it took a little work, and some emailing to get the credit card info right, I upgraded to a premium economy seat for $150 bucks over the already low (under $600) RT fare on the outbound leg--I pay that for so-called "comfort" upgrades on domestic flights. They called me back 3 times to make sure everything was okay. What US Airline ever calls you back? Sure, it was slow, but onboard service in my experience has been better than US carriers flying to China, and Air China has never had an accident on a long haul flight--excellent safety standards.
