Air Excellence was a pleasure to work with. They made the AC process easy. Once I was contacted by Tony, he walked me through the entire process and explained to me every step I needed to do. His knowledge and professionalism made this a smooth transition. If you do business with this company, I highly recommend that you recommend Tony as your sales rep. He is extremely knowledgeable and doesn't sell you on any particular model. He explains all models and let's you chose what is best for your family. Once Tony had us set up with the unit we wanted then we had Josh and Rick come out to set up the unit. These two gentlemen are professional Subject Matter Experts when it comes to the set up of these systems. They were able to set up my system with ease. You could tell that air excellence only hires professional experts. The next day Glenn and Matt came out to finish out the install of our air system. Again, nothing but professionalism and expertise. For this point forward, I will only recommend air excellence for all my air and heating needs.

Tony and his team went above and beyond for us today. He promised that we would have air conditioning before this weekend, when temperatures were supposed to be really high, and he delivered. He made it a point to make sure he was at my home before I needed to leave for work. He and the Trane store worked together to make sure that we had all of the parts we needed, and Tony even went out of his way to take a two hour round trip to get a very much needed part for our new unit.
The prices were more than fair; far better than what our home warranty company was quoting us. Their service is unsurpassed, and we are so happy to finally have a new unit.

The customer service is top notch! Rick and Anthony we true pros who took the time to do things right and counsel me on the proper use of my new heat pump/air handler/thermostat. I could tell the difference in the air quality from the moment our new system started operating and it’s almost as quiet as a church mouse! I love the entire staff at Air Excellence! They are professional, knowledgeable, and respectful all while providing outstanding customer service. Being new to the area, I am so grateful to have chosen Air Excellence as my HVAC professionals! So happy with this decision! I would HAPPILY recommend them to ANYONE!

I can't express how pleased I am of the quality of work and professionalism I've received from Air Excellence. Anthony and JD went the extra mile installing our new Trane system under severe temperature conditions and made sure the job was done right. Tony took the time to give us a full consultation and discussed our options. It feels great knowing that your hard earned money was well spent!

This company stands behind their products and did an outstanding job. Tony went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied and followed up with us throughout the process. Good knowledgeable staff at a fair price.
