It is wild and beyond belief to know, apply, and be accepted to something that you can only imagine and dream about. I'm lazy as can be and would like nothing more to meet, connect, and have a whirlwind romance with some wealthy man like Mark Zuckerburg, that ends in marriage. Unlimited access to an unlimited amount of funds would definitely help with my unlimited free time to put to use some of the education that they so delicately drilled into us to be consumerate to a college education. Being in the real world, you're only guaranteed a paycheck for the hours that you work and a boss that gets on your nerves who can never seem to compromise a decent salary or raise or promotion for the limited amount of training to complete a job you didn't know of and never ending assignments that you never agreed to initially. This particular place, that is not the issue. I was able to transfer within the agency, relocate, and offered suugestion, guidance, and advice for promotions and growth within the company. Their very last resort and thought is to fire you or have you quit unhappily. At Fashion Nova, one of the many companies that they work with, aside from the perks of the employee discount for their merchandise, the weekly free catered lunches, and the all-inclusive help, there was little else to be desired. The leads, supervisors, and management team were all hands-on to navigate you through your job duties and there wasn't one issue that they didn't know about or experience first hand. They never asked or demanded anything of anyone that they didn't or wouldn't do themselves. Full disclosure and mutual respect was the only thing that wasn't listed in the handbook if you wanted to waste time reading but they simplified everything so as to not overthink. My personal deal breaker was the boom of the company so fast that the assignment was actually extended with no end date after about 4 months of being there. From the 8 million followers at the start in late June to never ending work, it is something best suited for most with little planned or on their schedule. 12/hours a day, 6/days a week, was a bit much for my daycare provider and everything else and my previous commitments of preschool prevented the stereotypical work from home and parent or just a part time job and kiddie activites. You don't work harder for a pay raise, you work smarter and it does eventually pay off. Everything is self explanatory and they are there day and night for any questions that you may have. I love everything about the direction that my career is taking off into and love the fact that quitting is not an option. My chances are favorable to continue my college career and take that to the next level and even get forklift certified one day as planned. Working around positive and supportive people who are somewhat like minded allows you to grow as an individual, partner, team, company, and, corporation.

This is a horrible place to work at. Especially the secretary in the front, she is so rude and treats everyone like if they're animals. I suggest everyone looking to work here not to. Save your time and energy and don't even think about it. Unless you want to get treated like an animal. Also Jason from addeco is extremely rude and doesn't realize how he treats his employees. They have people leave each day that's how bad it is, the guy who trained me said "you're the 12 person I've trained this month. Yeah, that's how bad it is.
