Air Force Recruiting Office

My experience with Sgt. Williams at the Hoover recruiting office has been fantastic. Since the first day I stepped foot in her office I knew she was a genuine person. She actually cares and is very informative on whatever question I had. I really wasn't sure about the Air Force initially but after our first meeting I knew it was the best move for me. I highly recommend anyone that wants to join the Air Force to go to the recruiting office in Hoover wth Sgt. Williams. You won't regret it! :)

We had a wonderful experience with SSgt Williams. My son is planning on joining the Air Force and she answered every question completely and went above and beyond to accommodate us in regards to an appointment time. She did not rush the meeting in any way. I feel much more at ease after speaking with her and having her explain the process to us. We are excited to continue this journey with her!!

Staff Sergeant Williams has given me a wonderful experience during my entire recruiting process. Her dedication and strong character has helped lay out a future for me and anyone I've met who also had her as their recruiter. She has been available to answer my calls, voicemails, emails, and texts and always had the information I'm curious about. Also, I have always been able to make appointments with her and even when I stopped by she would make time for me. She has repeatedly given me plentiful amounts of knowledge from start to finish. I have never felt out of place or unprepared for any step in the recruiting process because Staff Sargeant Williams has always been very thorough and excellent in her career field. She truly cares about the men and women who come to her seeking information and advice and guidance for a wonderful future in the U.S. Air Force.

SGT Williams is an amazing recruiter and she really stands out in the fact that she cares. She cares about what you want to do and how you want to go about it. There is no pressure to do something you don't want to do, and she is always straight with you about the ups and downs with every job. She's very flexible on scheduling and last minute re-scheduling. SGT williams shuts down every single stereotype about recruiters being pushy and demanding by the way she handles the recruiting process. She breaks it down, works through it with you, and really exites you up for going and serving our country.
