Sgt Calhoun was a great mentor, advisor, and recruiter. She was very understanding and helpful getting me to where I needed to be to join. I feel most recruiters would have not have even given me a chance but she believed in me which was very motivating. Sgt Calhoun is willing to help anyone who wants to help themselves by joining the Air Force!
The best recruiter hands down!!!! Tsgt Calhoun guided me through the recruiting process in an honest way. She introduced me to all the things the Air Force offered and helped me understand the different jobs, benefits, etc. She also assured me that this was a great choice but everything has its ups and downs.I greatly appreciate her honesty and currently now living my best life serving the world’s greatest Air Force

Willing to travel an hour for this specific office location. Calhoun is very easy to speak to and open to answering all of your questions no matter how ridiculous you think the questions may be. You don't feel pressured when you speak to her. Working with her to prepare for the ASVAB, or even reaching your required weight goal, is simple and motivating. Quite a fantastic character for the Airforce and future airmen. The attitude Calhoun presents to those who walk into this recruiting office makes joining incredibly more inspiring.
I feel like I’ve hit so many roadblocks because of personal reasons, but TSgt. Calhoun has literally been there the whole way giving advice, motivating me, and doing everything within her power to get me in. I can honestly say I wouldn’t have made it this far without her. I’ve spoken with 2 other recruiters and after months of getting motivated to do this, I felt discouraged within minutes of a conversation. With TSgt Calhoun, I don’t feel like I’m just a number on of list of people to try and get in just to look good. She genuinely cares and wants what’s best for me. She answers everything to the best of her knowledge and she provides all information truthfully, even it may be something I probably wouldn’t want to hear. I was advised to call a different office, but something told me to try this one and I’m happy that I listened. You can literally hear the joy in her tone over the phone and can tell she’s ready to help. She’s truly amazing!
I've had my ups and downs during my journey here, but a lot of which I wish I simply knew before hand. Overall, I am happy and proud of where I am today and thank Recruiter Calhoun and Sergeant Torres for all the patience and help.
Very reliable and the easiest person to talk to! Made my process the best it could possibly be. I feel very prepared, excited and confident to serve thanks to her! I couldn’t have asked for a better recruiter!
A great experience all around very easy to talk to she tells you everything that you need to know and prepares you for what’s to come good and bad so I would recommend joining the Air Force
