An amazing place
I had a wonderful time!
Challenging, intense and so much fun. If you love changing up your workout like I do you'll love this studio! One of the best workouts ever and didn't have to pick up one weight or get on a treadmill...plus you learn to fly!
This is the best place in CT to learn aerial and circus arts! The teachers are fantastic. The facility is amazing. High ceilings, foam mat flooring, movable rigging points.
I’ve been learning aerial silks at Air Temple and have been super impressed with how much their facility has to offer and how knowledgable and friendly the instructors are! I feel super comfortable here - there’s a clear emphasis on safety, building a strong foundation, and positivity. Definitely check ATA out!!
