I called after hours and left a message to inquire on the services that they provide and Ted promptly called me back the following morning. He assured me that they perform all the service levels for Mercedes vehicles. I made an appointment and the team was on time and prepared to handle service level B when I arrived. I also asked about a cosmetic item missing on the car and Alex jumped on the mission to get this resolve and deliver a fair and timely price quote. I left there on time with the service level complete and the new hood emblem replaced at a fair price. Finally, I am very familiar with Costco high standards and scrutiny on what they represent in their warehouse stores and to know they have endorsed Airpark Auto Tech as a partner and another way to leverage your Costco Visa card for major repairs say something about the quality that Alex and his team offer. I will be back and will share with my friends and family.

Ok here is my follow up.  I have an old car that needed a new/rebuilt transmission.  Airpark did the work but there was a continuing problem. Airpark performed a diagnosis and found a bad part in the rebuilt transmission.  They took the transmission down a second time, replaced the defective part with no charge to me and all is good now.  So my conclusion is that Airpark will stand behind their work.  I would highly recommend them for any repairs.

I took my Escalade in with an engine missing in one cylinder and the Stabilitrack light on and the traction control light on.  It was perfectly diagnosed and repaired quickly and politely while keeping me well informed throughout the whole process.
