Airpark Newark

Definitely recommend! The parking lot was easy to find right off the highway. I had no issues. The shuttle picked us up right away and for the return trip we only waited about 5 minutes. Both drivers were friendly and helped with our luggage. I liked that I got to park my car and keep my keys. I felt the lot was secure. I would definitely use this lot again in the future.

Long-term parking was very easy to find. The gentlemen at the gate was so nice and informative all I had to do is pull up a second or two up aisle one and then he told me that the tram would pull up behind my car and low and behold as soon as I pulled in and opened the door the tram was behind me. It was the best experience I've had on a while and for about a four-day trip it cost me $97 not bad. They have truly improved their long-term parking experience.

I highly recommend this Newark long term parking location! We had a delayed late flight and Katrina made the checkout process smooth and cost friendly. She has great customer service skills and she saved me money by downloading the app! I highly recommend using this parking facility. 5 stars to Katrina. *****

I had an excellent experience parking here. The lady booth attendant was on the job at 4am in 17° cold! The van driver picked us up at our car immediately. The price was good. The return pick up in New Years Day was immediate! The drivers are very nice, Good website, it is a business that's run right.

Extremely convenient. The shuttle picks you up at your car when you arrive and drops you back at your car when you return. We didn't wait more than a couple of minutes either time. They give you a free day if you sign up to be a member and the membership is free. The rate was phenomenal. My car was there for a week. Safe and reliable! I highly recommend this company.

When the shuttle dropped me and my family off at our car, the driver noticed that our tire was flat. He went to get someone to help us. He brought an air pump then gave us directions to a tire service place so that we could get the tire fixed. We were able to get the tire fixed and drive home safely. We appreciated the help both drivers gave us in the parking lot. It is greatly appreciated.

Only park in this lot is you believe that there is no chance of anything happening to your vehicle. I returned to my car and all of a sudden there was what appeared to be loose paneling at the bottom of my car near the wheel. I called and asked if there was any CCTV footage and they gave me a hard time saying that they didn't even do an investigation if you drove off the lot without noticing the damage. I called left a message and one of the managers called me "silly" for even asking for an investigation or my money back and said that they were not responsible for any damage that happens to the car while it is parked on the lot. This is despite the website saying "Our Newark Airport parking lot features a state-of-the-art surveillance system and is patrolled by our staff to ensure your vehicle stays safe and secure while you are away." Would not recommend this place. They are only nice to you unless you have an issue in which case they will be quite rude for even asking for an investigation.

One time I parked at a different lot to save a little money and I'll never make that mistake again. Shuttle picks me up at my car and drops me off at my car, and the shuttle is pretty reliable at arriving every fifteen minutes. I come here every time I fly out of Newark.

Convient professional and never any damage to my vehicle. I parked here many times. The drivers have always helped me with my luggage. I never have to wait for the shuttle. The best way to get there is from the Garden State Parkway & exit on Rt. 22 East and get off on the Frelinghuysen Ave exit. Keep right and the entrance is immediately on your left. This bypasses all the scary parts of Newark.

I always have a great experience with NALTP ! They have the most courteous drivers and employees. Always greet you with a smile. The vans are very clean. Very reliable. Would not use any other parking service !
