Airport Home Appliance

The salesperson was helpful and not pushy. He showed me what they had that met my criteria and he let me make my decision in my own time. When I needed to ask questions, he was available. I was completely shocked that the appliance I chose was in stock and able to be delivered so quickly. The delivery team had to deal with tight corners and stairs and the discovery of a leak in the water line. They were Fantastic! They were helpful and kind and funny and took care of my house and were kind to my dog. I will highly recommend Airport Appliance.

Hi, please do not buy any mattresses here as their warranty is a very big gimmick. The store will say that mattress has to sag more than 1.5 inches for it to be defective. The showroom mattress was way better in quality than mine. A friend of mine experienced similiar :::You arr better off buying from Costco's or Mattress Firm. Please buyer be aware!! If you choose to buy here, please have the detailed warranty terms written down in plain black & white terms. Ask for any questionable terminology used..Good Luck!!

Would’ve liked to have gotten my appliances sooner. great sales guy and very prompt and friendly delivery drivers. Had to wait too long to get the appliances shipped to their store. Not sure if that’s airport appliance’s fault. Just inconvenient. Would buy from again or recommend. Great prices!

Thank you so much for our experience in buying on-line and on the phone with the sales representative who was so positive. I would without question buy at Airport Appliance again. Price was terrific. I loved working with my sales representative because she was so helpful with information, courteous, and helpful. We decided to pick up the appliance because of urgency. AA warehouse was really hard to find. Would recommend AA provide a map of how to get there. No complaints and was most satisfied with the service, price and all the possible options which was so helpful. Thanks a million to all who made the experience so terrific!! A returning customer for sure.

Awesome store and customer service, even through the phone! The crew is attentive, helps you figure out what you need and will give you great prices too. I didn't even step into the store, it was all done online and through phone. I didn't like the first fridge I got and so I returned it immediately. Not a problem. I ordered a second one and that worked flawlessly. Highly recommend talking to these experts. It's a lot better than the big stores and they'll match prices too.
