Airstream of New Mexico

The service department at Airstream of New Mexico is the best! On a month-long road trip thru the southwest, and our AC broke down. They made time for us to come in early one morning, and 30 minutes later, we were fixed and ready to go. The service manager himself met us at the gate and he himself performed the work. Great Service and we really, really appreciated it. Thanks, guys.

We could not have asked for a better experience while purchasing our 2020 Airstream 27GTFBQ. The team at Airstream of New Mexico are a wonderful family that treat you fairly and make you feel very welcome. It's clear that they build positive relationships with their customers. We would not hesitate to recommend this dealer. Oh and the after sale support has been awesome too!

I don’t normally feel called to leave a review but this place deserves a review. Airstream of NM is family owned and you can tell, they go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and they make you feel apart of their family. My husband and I just bought our first airstream and went to school— Andrew gave us the best orientation. We were feeling hesitant about buying BC it’s such a big investment and commitment but we left feeling so confident in our decision and really feel like they want to be there for us in the future for support when I am sure we will need it. I should mention we are from Dallas Texas. We went to airstream of DFW first, it’s super corporate feeling and we just felt like a sale. So I called other dealers and found Dan at Airstream of NM and he was nice and very knowledgeable and for the same trailer with more bells and whistles we got an even better price. It just felt better all around, and I am so glad!

I had a fantastic service experience at Airstream of NM. I was in the middle of a 2 month trip and nowhere near my home state Airstream dealer when my Girard on-demand water sprung a leak and made the water in the trailer unusable. Christina, the service manager, worked with me to get the repair done on short notice and rescued my vacation :- Airstream of NM is now my go-to place for any future Airstream service.

This was the best experience purchasing an Airstream!!! The staff was extremely helpful and took hours walking us through the Airstream and making sure we new everything about it. This is the place to purchase! We love our purchase!!

We bought our first Airstream here, back in May. Drove 6.5 hours from Denver to Albuquerque and it was absolutely worth it. They are a smaller, family run business and they are amazing to work with. Dan in sales was great, easiest “negotiation” I’ve ever done. Didn’t try to sell us anything extra and was just a nice, genuine guy! The tech that did our inspection/orientation was also great! We will likely be making the drive again when we need our first service as we have not heard good things about our local dealer.

Airstream of New Mexico delivers amazing service! We felt as though we were treated as part of the family. We had very pushy salesmen at the Denver dealership and when reached out to Airstream of New Mexico, Dan was so kind and informative. He treated us with straightforward communication, invited us down to see the trailers in person and helped us decide which one was right for us. We've never been so welcomed and well treated in a business deal. He even had a water bowl and treats for our dog. The whole family welcomed us and helped us learn how to use our trailer and maintain it. We loved the full day class and it helped us take our trailer off the lot with confidence. We will always return to Airstream of New Mexico for any maintenance or repairs. We were completely cared for and respected during the entire experience with them.

I can not say enough incredible things about Andrew and Airstream of New Mexico. We were traveling from North Carolina to Utah on a tight schedule to visit family we had not seen since pre-pandemic and lost power in Arkansas. I contacted Airstream of New Mexico and was told they did not have any appointments available but we were welcome to stop by and hook up to their shore power to see if it was a bad fuse. We arrived fairly late and they were getting ready to close. Multiple folks came out to look at our airstream to see if they could figure out what was wrong and Andrew came out and discovered the wires in our breaker box were melted. Andrew stayed late and rebuilt rewired the breaker box for us and saved our trip. I am so grateful for the kindness of Airstream of New Mexico, for Andrew and for his skill in quickly resolving our catastrophic issue.

Excellent, excellent service and knowledge about the full product line of the Airstream Travel Trailers. We happened to stop by to start checking them out when we were messing around in Albuquerque when low and behold we found the trailer of our dreams. Needless to say we ended up buying from them due to their working with us in ways we could not find with any other dealers. It has been a true joy working with Dan and we are looking forward for our 2019 to arrive in October! If anyone is interested in buying an Airstream I strongly suggest they give Airstream of New Mexico a chance no matter where you live.
