The HOA is a joke here. The property is being completely neglected and the management team if you can call it that is rude, unhelpful and unprofessional.
Extremely bad management. Only reason for 2 stars is the neighborhood is pretty friendly and the pool is awesome. If this was a rating on management it would be 0 stars

Very cute and spacious apartments although they are a bit older, friendly neighbours, beautiful green areas, a nice pool, and all near a fantastic park, the Holladay Public Library, and lots of fun shops, stores, food trucks and restaurants. It's a quick drive to both I-80 and I-215. It's a great place to live!!!
