Placed a order online for the package to be delivered to this store so that it wouldn’t get stolen from my neighbors whole time one of their employees stole my package and they lied and said it was delivered to a house. HOW?! When I clearly made the option for it to be delivered at Akira’s Mayfair mall. How does USPS confuse a house from a store inside a mall? Make it make sense. I’ve been shopping here for the last 7/8 years even got invited to private shopping events I don’t even trust this store and will never spend my money here. Please be cautious with ordering online and having it delivered to this store.

The fabric is not good quality items are overpriced my first time coming here was on my birthday Saturday 2/11/23. I purchased some red thigh high boots that were very cute However when I got them home I couldn’t fit them even though they were my size. What I don’t like about them the most is there return policy ie there is none you can only Get a store credit. I highly recommend they let customers know all sales are final them highlighting the receipt is not enough. Lesson learned

They have some really cute clothes I've never bought anything myself because there is just so much stuff crammed everywhere and for a store in the mall I don't want to have to dig through every item on a rack to see what it looks like. At the thrift store I expect to do this no problem but not at the mall.

Was not greeted or acknowledged by anyone in the store... I walked past several people who worked there multiple times... Crazy cause i was pretty much the only person in the store other than a couple other customers. Didn't feel welcomed, couldn't find what i needed. Store was cluttered didn't really seem to have much order to it. Probably wont be back.

I love this store! Wonderful staff, very exciting clothing! I love shopping at the store because of the intimate experience with a personal stylist on staff!

Love to shop the store for my girlfriend. They have the craziest purses you ever seen it's it's the bomb. I visit the store every time I'm in Mayfair Mall that exception. The dresses are unexplainable, you have to see it to believe them. If you're looking for a bling this is the place for you

The guy that worked there was rude and told my kids to be queit. Well if the music wasn't on blast that the whole mall can hear it. They wouldn't have to yell to talk .

Love the store ,i shop there atleast once a week.Manager was great help with putting together outfits. An setting up a dressing room .or putting my items to thd side so i can continue shopping. I always feel welcomed when I come in .
