Staff was friendly and helpful in setting up an appointment for an MRI of my foot. Facility is fairly easy to find behind the Oxford Valley Mall. Was reasonably clean and they had private dressing rooms and lockers for your clothes and personal items but the "inner" waiting room felt very exposed while you were in the gowns/paper shorts. Technician for the MRI was courteous and explained what was going to happen in detail.

Very professional and courteous staff. I arrived 15 minutes early and was greeted immediately by a very kind and helpful lady. Her name is Marion. She asked me to follow her and would assist me with my needs. After doing necessary paperwork, Marion walked me to the changing area and gave me a patient gown and a pair of sexy shorts. I changed and Marion help me tie my gown. I proceeded and had an MRI w/o and w/contrast. Here's the point I'm getting to. When you're dealing with health and different procedures you always want to be treated with tenderness and empathy. This is a people business just like the automotive industry that I was a part of for over 40 years. Both needing exceptional people skills. Marion was that important person to me. She set the pace for my visit there, making me, the patient feel important and comfortable. I hope the owners of Akumin or upper management read this review. They need to know all their employees especially a warm-hearted woman like MARION.!!

Not a patient but took my sister in and was rudely talked to saying I need to wait for her in my vehicle. Second day I took her in and was again immediately told that they thought they made it clear the previous day I can’t stay in the waiting room. I understand there are rules but don’t need that attitude from supposedly professional staff. Sorry but this just bothered me. I don’t live in the area and was just surprised at their demeanor

In the last 2 weeks I've sent 2 of my patients over to the Langhorne location for MRIs, and they have been extremely quick and efficient with not only scheduling, but getting reports out in a timely manner. A huge thanks to Tara Lynn Parsons for streamlining co-ordination of care for them. Thank You!

I really like this place. It's quiet, clean and friendly. Staff is amazingly helpful. All the techs are of high standards. The patient portal is great. Fast reports every time. That reduces anxiety to get a fast answer. I highly recommend. 5 stars.

I have never had a bad experience there. It is easy, making an appointment. The people there are kind and nice. I never have to wait long , in and out!

Akumin from the second I set up my appointment we’re absolutely terrific! The staff was extremely friendly and the facility itself is extremely clean. The gentleman who injected my iv contrast for my ct scan was incredible, didn’t even flinch when he inserted it. Overall experience extremely pleasant. Absolutely recommend!

First I want to start with an issue with my insurance company and I was contacted by Judy who helped me though everything to get it straightened out. I went in for an MRI for my shoulder and my back on Wed and they were polite and made the process smooth. I went back for my MRI and I asked if they could do the shoulder first as I may not be able to do both and my priority was my shoulder. They agreed and worked with me as they could see I was nervous and stressed. She got me on the table and started to move me into the machine and I could not do it, I freaked out. The tech helped me up and then right away got me rescheduled for the next morning to do an open MRI they didnt have to do this I went in Thursday morning as the first appointment and I was greeted by the same happy, smiling staff who again calmed me down and took me right back. I was able to have both MRI's completed. Each one of the staff was very accommodating and each one told me I would be okay. I could not have had an easier process and a staff that is worried about me the customer. Great job and a great experience. I thank the Langhorne staff for everything.

I had a gratifying experience first time at Akumin Oxford Valley this morning, as a walk-in. The woman in Reception went out of her way to arrange for me to have my x-ray study done immediately, eliminating the need for me to return there later with an appointment. The tech was also very kind and gracious, and quickly and professionally completed the work and got me out of there. Would use them again.

My two year old fell and no one would X-ray her because of the radiation. A few days later we were able to get a script from our pediatrician and went to see Ms. Mary who was amazing!! My two year old was terrified as she had see multiple doctors offices in a few days. Ms Mary commented on her Minnie Mouse mask and her paw patrol pjs and played peakaboo with her every time she went back to take an X-ray. At the end she pretended we were on a train as she walked us out to the lobby. She was amazing!!! If you have little kids that need X-rays take them to Ms. Mary!!! I have to say everyone from the person I spoke with to schedule the appointment to the front desk who checked us in, they were amazing!! Excellent customer service!!
