Went during the weekday at about midnight, basically had a private hookah lounge to ourselves. Owner was very kind and very helpful, will definitely go again

Dark, fairly quiet, and enjoyable atmosphere. Casual, laid back, and fairly cheap. Contemporary music that's not overpowering. Friendly, laid back staff.

Al Omda Hookah 3 is coming next summer to a theatre near you.
