Called Al at 8am on a holiday for help at a rental property of mine. Sewer backed up and unusable in the house. He was on site within a few hours after fitting me into his already packed day, I might add. Turned into a much bigger job than expected but Al was able to get the city involved and everything 100% back to working order that day. Al then personally met the city back at the house the next morning and got them the city to commit to a long term repair for me to prevent the problem in the future.
