***located at 500 Alakawa suite 120*** When tinting my car I always go with higher quality films over just any black film. When I brought my car in to get my passenger window tinted from where it was broken into. I had WINCOS 20 moved from a state that isn’t as strict about tinton my car and since Hawaii’s government thinks they know what is best for me I couldn’t get my window re-tinted at 20%most sunglasses are this dark or darker. Alan carries some WINCO but mainly deals with Madico. So far it’s seems to be holding up. Alan came in on his day off, sent me a text before the appointment and and before he was done so I could pick it up. I would recommend this place to anyone. Hawaii tint laws and a few other laws are dumb. Just to show you how dark 30% tint is, the picture attached is looking from the inside of the car. I promise! The kicker is that if I were in a truck/suv I could go as dark as 0%.

Al's tinting was fair priced, unlike some of these other shops. If you want quick turnaround, with great service, come here. If you want to pay an arm and a leg, with okay services, go elsewhere.

My husband tinted my Charger here so when I got my truck it was without hesitation we were coming to Al's Tinting for my Tacoma. Within a few hours my truck was ready, and looked perfect. Customer service is always great and worth their pricing! I'll always recommend Al's!

Not super happy. Was referred by a worker at O'Reilly auto part- after great service- Albert said they'd take care of me. That didn't really happen. Charged $150 for a rear window only film replacement, no premium tint added this time. No military discount offered but saw a free "take off" with check in- so thought that would be a great option for added value. Went to redeem but nothing upfront mentioned offer only valid with premium film only. Deceptive and not cool. Customer service was nice but thought it was a bit pricey for a back window and only to be referred and not get that check-in offer honored when they only removed tint from one panel was really a downside especially since I came on a recommendation. Sad because was gonna send military friends & travelers.

Great service. Got us in same day without an appointment. Affordable pricing to remove the tint. Worked with us regarding options in the future and how to pass the safety exam in regards to tint now. Really appreciated their time, energy, and personal attention. The car looks great!

Been coming here for over 25 years for all my tinting needs. Al and his team are great!

The work is very good..however, they did not set my expectations right for waiting. I thought it would take 2 hours, instead it took 5.5hrs. I dropped the car off at 11am and didnt leave the shop until just about 430pm. They said my car windshield was large and difficult. I would have appreciated it if they just let me know ahead of time. Had I known it would be so long, I'd have gone home and gotten a ride back later. Instead, I walked around the mall on a crowded Saturday. Not my favorite thing to do for that many hours. The staff is friendly and the work is good.
