Alamo

Booked a full-size SUV, there was only one car, no selection whatsoever. I got a fairly old Infinity XQ80. About 40k miles, chipped windshield, unhealthy looking tires from 3 manufacturers mixed tires on same axle, and not even properly cleaned. Plus was decent price although you expect a bit more for 2K USD and car pick up was without any issues.

First time using Alamo and it was a great experience. Reservations online was easy and when I arrived to pick up car lines were not long and agent was pleasant and informative. The car was clean and did not smell of smoke, which is always an issue when renting a car. Returning the car was fast and no waiting. One suggestions, the car agents outside should help with loading and unloading luggage if needed. They are there to ask questions about the car and service can be viewed above and beyond to assist in this small matter of luggage assistance.

When we arrived at the Alamo self checkin it was late in the evening at around 8pm, and as we had previously purchased a premium SUV and insurance were told we could have the pick of any of the cars in the lot, if we hadn't got the children with us we would have chosen one of the gorgeous Chargers or huge Pickups, but sensibly went for a Toyota Rav 4. It didn't have Sat Nav so the staff quickly found us a new handheld to install. All of the cars we looked out were spotlessly clean, full of fuel and in good order.

Very helpful service at the Las Vegas airport location. The woman from Alamo guided me to one of their automated machines, which was fine for me. She helped me go through the different screens and in a few minutes I was on my way to pick-up the car outside. Very professional. The car itself was fine and had no issues throughout the 5 day rental. Return was easy as well. I've rented from Alamo at the Vegas airport before and would highly recommend them.

Great experience from start to finish. We booked ahead of time and we had no issues with pick up or drop off. It was quick. We read bad reviews on other rental places in Las Vegas so paid a little more with Alamo. It was worth it. Make sure you give yourself sufficient time because you do have to take a shuttle from the airport to pick up the car and after you drop it off. The shuttle line was long and somewhat slow but it services all the car rental places. They are in 1 building. We would use Alamo again.

I have been a loyal member of another rental company for more than 25 years. This is the second time I used Alamo and have been very pleased both times. The first time Oct 2018 I used Alamo because they had the best rates renting in Portland, Maine and returning in Boston. They didn’t have the SUV I had reserved, so they upgraded me to a Mercedes GLS450. We loved that vehicle. Recently I had a reservation with a competitor in Las Vegas, but my vehicle had been given away when we arrived. After 25+ years with this company, I realized that my money and loyalty didn’t matter to them. Alamo had vehicles and available and got my family in to a large SUV Chevy Tahoe within 20 minutes. I was not only very grateful, but extremely impressed. After this incident, Alamo will now be my first choice in rental vehicles. Thank you very much!!!

Was greeted promptly upon arriving to the counter, no sales pressure to purchase their extra insurance as my CC covered that anyways. Rented a convertible for the day, was told where they were parked… told to pick whichever one we wanted which was pretty cool! We were able to decide between a few mustangs of varying colours or a Camaro. Easy to return the vehicle and take the shuttle to our terminal for our flight. Would definitely use this company again!

When we come to Vegas, we usually look for best prices. Alamo may not always have the best prices, but usually are decent. They always have great service, though. We've never had an issue with their service and we've always been satisfied. Also, their cars are always in great shape and clean. We rented a luxury car and they were out, so they upgraded us to a porsche cayenne which was absolutly amazing to drive around in for a week.

Very reasonable prices, easy access picking and dropping off vehicle. Customer service is great interaction. Able to chose your vehicle that was chosen from booking, however, if the vehicle chosen was not available they provided me a different vehicle for my needs and the cost was the same. Great car rental to work with. I rent with them majority of the time.

By far, this is the best car rental we ever had. It was no pressure at check in, friendly staff and I get to select a car from the three options. I call that amazing and it made my family happy, because we love choices. Returning the vehicle, Curtis was fast at inspection, respectful and friendly. Our bill is exactly as it was read to us at check in, no added or hidden fees. We have no complains. Mahalo, Alamo Rent A Car, You made our vacation enjoyable and stress free.
