To start off, I would like to mention that Alan is everything you are looking for when finding an agent to represent you. I appreciate Alan bringing professionalism, transparency, honesty, knowledge, and time commitment when helping us search for our first home. My boyfriend and I are originally from California, it was a huge step for us to move to Las Vegas. Aside from our knowledge of "The Strip", we had no prior knowledge of the Clark County areas. Looking for homes was tough since we were still living in California, but Alan made it a simple, smooth, and easy process. I always try to remind myself that these "real estate agents" have other clients and priorities as well aside from ourselves. But Alan really made us feel as we were one of his top priority. I am sure this is how he treats all of his clients. What I mean by that is, when we text or call him, you best bet he will reply within 30 minutes. As first time home buyers, we needed a lot of guidance, therefore, we had a lot of questions. Alan was there to walk us through the process, answer any questions we had, and provide honest recommendations on what we should do moving forward. I'm sure there are a bunch of great real estate agents everywhere, but I would definitely recommend Alan to any of my friends or family members. Alan was my realtor as a buyer in 2022. Initially, I had put a contract in for a newbuild from Pulte that would take a year to deliver. Halfway through that, I found another house I liked better and decided to pursue that second property instead. That is the one I ultimately closed on. Through both the initial and the second property buying process, Alan was nothing short of excellent. His client service is top notch--responsive, dedicated, always with a positive attitude even when things get stressful. Alan is knowledgeable. He helped me understand a lot of the ins and outs of buying a new home from a national builder like Pulte: what incentives are available, where the builder is willingly to give, what options generally cost, how to minimize deposit outlay, and ultimately what your "outs" are at each step of the way. With the second home which was not a newbuild, but a renovated flip, Alan went the extra mile for me and assisted with the mundane but time-consuming processes of accompanying the builder inspector, the roofer for repairs, the additional inspectors. When the seller was being difficult in this process, Alan kept his cool and was able to help navigate a resolution with the seller. I whole-heartedly recommend Alan.

Alan was quick and efficient throughout the whole process! Every time my fiancé and I were confused about something, he would always have the answer or get back to us within the same day. And no matter how many houses we saw, he was always very patient with our decisions, which we really appreciated. My sister had recommended him when they first got their house, and we officially closed on our first house today. All this within 3 months of house hunting! Very quick and smooth. We’ll definitely be recommending him to friends and family, as well as when we plan to move in to our next home later down the road. You’ve been an amazing agent for us Alan!
