Alandale Insurance Agency

I have been with Safeco Insurance for more than 30 years, and Alandale Insurance Agency has been my Insurance provider since the mid 90's. I have always been highly supported by Alandale Insurance Agency . I could never bring myself to change. Today I spoke with John Rivas whom answered my questions, about insight I needed for another insurance company's offer on my parents vehicle. Their vehicle was totaled in an incident not of their fault. John Rivas offered me insight and candor which I needed, and was looking for. Even though it was not related to me specifically. You could not find better service if you tried. Alandale Insurance Agency , and agent John Rivas will give you what most other agencies may not as easily offer. Peace of Mind. Take it from a long time loyal customer - you will be well served!

Great company that is always on top of any need or concern one may have. We have had a number of easy transactions; from changing insured cars to switching our mortgage lender.. they are always working with us! Highly recommend!

I have been with Alandale for about 8 years now. I have never had any problems at all. The customer service is great. Whenever I have questions or need something, John Rivas is always there and on top of it. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family.

I've been with Alandale insurance since as long as I can remember. The quality of service is always great and it's obvious they care for you as a customer. Recently, I've had some trouble with my mortgage company saying I didn't have adequate insurance even though I did. All I needed to do was call up John and he took care of the whole thing, not just sending me the information so that I could handle it.
