Alaris Health At Castle Hill

This facility is terrible, do not trust them with your loved ones. It’s dirty and inhumane. If you complain, nothing is ever done. It reeks of fecal matter, it’s understaffed, and they would over medicate my grandmother to keep her sedated. Please look into other facilities for your loved ones.

Very nice front desk person. Secure.modern visitors check in. Clean front desk and entrance. 5th floor clean, staff welcoming.

My mother has been with Alaris for 4 years, now a permanent resident for 1 year. She has been fighting stage 4 breast cancer and the staff has done a good job at making her feel comfortable and making her feel at home. Always attentive and willing to go the extra mile. A good place to call " your home away from home ".
