Shelly and all of the drivers have always treated me with the upmost respect. This is a quality company with quality employees! If your thinking ahead and are reasonable, you will never have a negative experience!
I have used these guys a couple of times especially in a pinch when I needed to get to work. Such as life I had to cancel a ride recently and the women over the phone had a bad attitude and made me feel guilty about it because I had some things change around last second. I quote " thank you for wasting the drivers time and gas". Super unprofessional. Do not recommend.
The owner is cucked by his driver, Tad. Tad picks and chooses who he dispatches to, therefore stealing money from the pockets of the Drivers/Operators and when you stand up to him, the owner lets you go. I wont use or recommend them any more.
The dispatcher was rude, unprofessional, and impatient! Not impressed and wouldn't recommend, nor will I ever use their services. Grizzly and A Cab are my go-to!!!
Super great company! Guy came within 20 minutes and had me going in 5 it was really cool to watch him open my door, damage free! he saved me a lot of money other places wanted 100+!

One of their cab drivers drove all the way out to Goose Creek Correctional Center to bring gas to me and my friend. Would definitely call them anytime!
