Albertsons

Went to my local Starbucks today inside Albertsons. Asked for the new no straw lid and got chewed out by the manager because he said it wasn’t made for my drink and I had to ask for it specifically (I did and the other girl didn’t tell him). He told me a case of these what I thought Starbucks made better for the environment Lids were 3 times as much money for them to purchase than regular lids. So much for making your customer feel welcome and Invited about a measly few extra dollars a multi billion dollar company company has to shell out When I paid $5 for a coffee. Terrible customer service from a manager nonetheless.... 🙄

I only want to rate the deli manager. The rest of the staff have always been great. Every time I have had to deal with her it has been very hard. She absolutely has no CS Skills what so ever. She need some training desperately. No customer should have to walk away feeling begrated and feeling like a burden. And heaven forbid don't ask her any questions.

Went in , they were nice to let me charge my phone, that I will say in their favor, but I asked them where I could find a REGULAR pair of socks. They lead me to some compression socks and I said , really not what I'm looking for, and they said there were no regular socks. They did however have regular socks , but didn't want to put the effort into looking for them. I got the impression that they are only there to serve the elite rich society of Pocatello. I don't look like an elite so I am not as important as the other customers. Albertsons prices this mainly in the way they treat people, but also in their prices.

Great meat department! The butchtress is friendly, knowledgable and has excellent customer service. Watch their specials, cant beat the sale prices or meet quality.
