Albuquerque Custom Shower Doors

I had a custom shower door designed for a bathroom remodel. Being that the restroom is narrow, and this required consideration for a wheel chair, the salesman came up with a great idea; two hinged doors. It turned out beautifully, and the installation was flawless. 2 years later, one of the doors was slightly off due to the weight and I called for service. The service technician cam out to adjust the door no charge. Excellent service.

We were very fortunate to have Hector and his crew install new shower doors and mirrors in our remodeled bathrooms. We so appreciated their professionalism, competence, attention to detail and customer friendliness. This was our second time using Albuquerque Custom Shower Doors and they did not disappoint. After the installation and final payment was processed, Vanessa was registering me for the ShowerGuard Warranty and realized something was off. She immediately called me back and informed me that although I had already paid for the extra service, it didn't appear that the glass I had installed was treated with the ShowerGuard layer. She promptly ordered a new door and will have the other one replaced. She could have easily let this go, as I wouldn't have easily known the difference. I appreciate the business integrity and prompt response to rectify the issue.

I had a new shower encloser installed a couple of weeks ago, and the experience was nothing less than superior. From setting up the estimate to the install they were so easy to work with. John was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and communicative. Vanessa in the office was just a sweetheart to deal with, and the installers were friendly, respectful, and efficient. Their price was very reasonable for what we had done. The glass did take a little longer than expected to come in, but that is not on this company, it is just the world we live in right now. The completed project has exceeded my expectations. If you are looking to have customer shower doors installed, this company should definitely be who you use.

It was extremely hard to get them to communicate. Made multiple calls to schedule and appointment and once that occurred they let me know that delivery would be 3 to 4 weeks out. OK but 8 weeks later and MULTIPLE calls later they finally had everything to install. They NEVER returned your calls and can’t give you information as to when the parts will be in. Very frustrating.

Alb. Custom Shower Doors is by far the best company i have had the pleasure of working with. John the owner is amazing to work with he is so professional and personable and all of his employees have been nothing but nice and professional. The work he does is absolutely Gorgeous and completely custom. I 100% would recommend them to anyone that has glass needs.

Hands down the WORST experience we have ever had with any company EVER. We placed our original order in November 2020. The first piece of glass broke at the tempering plant extending our installation date by over 2 weeks. We then had our next piece of glass installed and 9 days later it spontaneously EXPLODED in our bathroom in the middle of the night. This not only required huge clean up, it broke our newly installed tile floors and granite shower bench which then had to be removed and replaced. This was a HUGE inconvenience for us, but we were patient and understanding that this was not ABQ Custom Shower Doors fault and were willing to work with them to make things right. Then after waiting another month, the next replacement piece of glass was unable to be used as it was scratched and unusable when they went to pick it up from the plant. We were told it was going to be yet ANOTHER 3 WEEKS until the next replacement glass could be made. At this point, we were incredibly frustrated and were asking for a refund because of all of the hassle this entire ordeal has caused us which we feel is incredibly reasonable to do. We were patiently waiting for our FINAL glass replacement and called today to check on the status. While they gave us the refund, we were just informed that the replacement glass order was simply canceled, they were DONE with us and "didn't feel they could make us happy", and that the glass we have been so patiently waiting for was THROWN IN THE DUMPSTER personally by the owner of this company because he was mad. At first, this company did what they could to make things right....BUT the company owner just personally insulted us saying we were "just trying to get free shower glass" after everything we have been through with them. While we understand this situation has been hard for both parties involved yelling at us and insulting our intentions as customers to your business is so incredibly disrespectful. We were patient and understanding despite their incredible incompetence and have nothing to show for it except insults from the owner, holes drilled in our granite and tile, and half-installed hardware with no shower glass. BUYERS BEWARE

The staff who installed the table tops on our master bedroom furniture did amazing! I couldn't be happier! The prices were outstanding and they were very professional. My husband and I compared quotes and checked out reviews before selecting the company and we have no regrets. Thanks Albuquerque Custom Shower Doors!

We got a beautiful new shower door installed recently. Excellent, friendly service. We had a minor issue with the door leaking and someone came out to fix it the same day. Would highly recommend this company!
