My daughter's each spent 10+ years at AGS. The coaches prioritize the safety and development of the athletes which I greatly appreciated. I will forever remember the hours upon hours we spent there!!
Great gym. Instructors are patient and kind. My daughter really enjoys her class. She likes it much better than Gold Cup for recreational instruction.
I’ve been to other gymnastics schools and this one tops them all. They actually teach gymnastics to all age levels. If you are looking for a place where your child will learn actual gymnastics and not just play around, check this place out.
We absolutely love the coaches and positive environment at AGS. It’s a fantastic place to bring your athlete to learn about the fundamentals and basics of gymnastics and continue through to advanced skills.
This place is great if your looking for 1 day out of the week for your 7 year old to practice gymnastics. I thought it would be at least three days a week but nope! Been going here 9 Months waiting for an opening of a more serious schedule of more then one day a week. Still nothing. Don't wast your time or money. Prices aren't bad but you get what you pay for. Many members of my family where in gymnastics. This school is basically an overrated daycare. Very very repetitious. Very minimal teaching for a seven year old. Most teachers don't correct the girls so they do the same mistakes over and over again week after week. My daughter liked the idea of gymnastics but in the end today I pulled her out because this school won't be taking her anywhere beneficial. Im being nice with two stars.
My son started going here at age two in 09. Coaches Pam, Esther, & Sara were great with him in terms of showing him the basics & are wonderful w/toddlers or the 3-5 age range. I'd say this is a great program for small children/beginners but if you're wanting your child to progress, it may be slow going or you might consider a different gym. That being said, they don't pressure & it's a relaxed atmosphere. They are extremely affordable & thus their enrollment is out of sight. However, their classes are more focused on general physical activity rather than true gymnastics skill mastery. Pros: Great for beginners, & small children, affordable, patient, child-friendly instructors, centrally located. About promoting physical activity and fun. Cons: Not enough focus on actual gymnastics skills, they over-enroll. Parking lot can be a mess in between sessions.
Very friendly & knowledgeable staff. Great with both my 3 & 8 year old. Very patient. I especially like the 3-5 class because of their patience with all of the kids, the fact that they have a lot of instructors that guide the kids through their activities & they switch up the activities every week. Well worth the money. I would recommend to anyone.
My granddaughter Hailey Griego has been going there since she was two and a half and is now ten years old. Hailey has had the best experience ever doing gymnastics and this gym. My granddaughter is a amazing level 4 gymnast now and she loves it and look amazing doing it. The level 4's won state last year and almost win every competition. It is just so impressive knowing how good they can teach these young woman to be to be amazing gymnasts.Coach Pam and Ester are so nice and they push the girls the other employees are so amazing also. This is the best gymnastics school I have ever seen they do not push there student to hard so they do not cry and they are so confident in us. The gymnastics is very far away for my granddaughter but we want Hailey to have the best so this is why we go to this gymnastics school. I would recommend this for an ages because they know how to handle all ages unlike some gymnastics school.
I am super frustrated by the lack of customer service. We were offered a spot over email Tuesday evening, we accepted Wednesday morning and then I was informed Thursday evening that our spot was given away to a walk in. I have a very disappointed child. We were never offered a wait list spot for the class and Ryan stopped responding when I called him out on giving our spot away.
