When you come in and are in the chair… ASK WHAT ARE YOU DOING TODAY, WHAT IS THE PLAN AND TALK TO ME STEP BY STEP. As someone not knowing what is happening to my mouth I would like to know what is going on then being ignored. Before I get to know your name I have a needle going in my mouth for an unnecessary reason. All I needed was some Ibuprofen. But now I’m going home with half my face numb and unhappy because My demeanor and attitude walking in to Sipi wasn’t jolly, and was seen as difficult. IM IN PAIN THATS WHY IM HERE AND TOLD EVERYONE IM JUST HERE FOR IBUPROFEN. But no when I sat down the needle went in numbed my mouth. I asked why? “To open the cut and see the problem” first wisdom teeth extractions SHOULD NOT BE REOPENED DURING HEALING. And to make it worse! The side I’m having pain in isn’t even the side of the mouth they numbed. These people are hard working just make sure you get taken care of like you should and not be in more pain or hurt for longer!

The staff is amazing. They help you with all questions. They treat you kindly & help ease your experience. They also help with covid restrictions to keep you & staff healthy. The only issue is having to wait for an appointment opening to get dental work done.

You'll call in the day before; go in and sign up for to be seen that afternoon, then you show up ON TIME or even EARLY to your appointment and they make you wait for 1-2+ hours outside in your hot car. I was never seen and they had nothing to say because they're short staffed and are ill prepared to handle anything major.

Wow!! Just got my teeth cleaned by Angela!! Very friendly and personable! I like most how informative she was while cleaning up all my plaque! I wish I met her a long time ago. She recommended a guard for all the grinding happening in my mouth. So much information on gum disease and proper flossing techniques. Angela you're an awesome advocate for proper mouth care!! Like I said wish she was the hygienist for all my cleanings. Great job!

Kind and caring staff. They are an awesome team of professionals.

Made us fill out our address on scrap pieces of paper instead of actual forms. Check in took almost an hour. The actual dentists and oral hygienists were nice but the admin staff were very unorganized and unprofessional.

Doctor Chang is pretty Awesome, he's a great dentist! The staff are helpful, I love the free tooth brushes they give to their patients.

The doctor and dental staff were great but the office staff were rude and they refuse to pick up the phone at opening. Typical IHS office staff that hate to come to work attitude.

This place is so awful if you don't look Native American they treat you like crap. Every time I go here The girls in the front desk are very rude if they don't like their job they should just leave.

Jumping from person to person when I went I thought it would be good experience, but no they kept jumping from person to person. They had two people sitting doing nothing.
