Observed the Manager pf this store discuss his weekend in vulgar detail and then when he finally attended to a person waiting to be served, he accused the customer of trying to return damaged goods. It turned into a scene and that's why I'm writing this review - completely mismanaged and unprofessional staff. Uncomfortable for everyone around. Do NOT shop here. Staff care very little for the customers and it was extremely clear the job is only a paycheck to them. Shocking.

Never again. The women working there ordered the wrong shoes for me.tried to get help I get sent to their support team. The support team either didn’t answer or sends me to a link that dosnt help. Now it says delivered and they are not here for me to return them. They don’t help with this either so your on your own.

Good choice of bags and shoes. Good accessories and jewelery.

Cheap shoes that look more expensive than they are! Just be prepared for them to fall apart in 1 year. That's fine by me, though. I still love this place.

They have good collection of sneakers shoes and some accessories. They usually have good discounts during holiday season.

Excellent service in making a return.

The customer service was great, the selection of shoes not as I expected. Not enough variety.
