Aldo Shoes

I went in looking for a pair of shoes for graduation, both of the sales assistants were attentive, and V was amazing at helping me choose the right shoes. However, she sent me home with two left boots. I had wasted time and money for shoes that I was not able to wear the next day. Luckily I had back ups. When I contacted the manager, she was very apathetic. As a service provider myself, I was expecting better. I returned the shoes and V was there to accept my return. She too, showed no concern for her error. I don't shop at Aldo often, but this definitely doesn't make me want to come back. Service as a whole was average, but the frustration of this particular mistake at a shoe store, is explainable.

Jennifer is terrible and aggressive sales associate. One of the worst return experience I had. You do not need to push people to spend more money. Don’t ask too many personal questions. I have the receipt and the shoes are still in the box. Don’t question why shopped online and not in store or why it took me three weeks to come return the shoes. Just follow your store policy and refund my money. Also, Don’t try to sneak in the leather shoe cleaner in the box and charge $10 for it.

When you want to feel "hip", Aldo is the place to shop. As a middle-aged man, I love getting a new pair of shoes or some accessory to satisfy my age-related crisis! Staff are always nice, and the shoes are stylish. I always feel 10 years younger walking out of this store. 5 stars.

Can't seem to find the right size for my lady every time we go in. They have an online thing to. Orders when they don't have your size.

Horrible female sales associate, by far the slowest return I've ever experience. I will be going to another location next time.

If they don't have your size, they'll order it and ship it to your home for free.

Amazing quality purses and the prices are good.
