Great customer service every time! Had an issue with the cameras. Tried to troubleshoot with the app which doesn't work but they did send a tech out who had our cameras back up & running in no time! They could've waived the $40 service call since the troubleshooting steps on the app didn't work but the guy was quick, professional and friendly. $40 well spent.
Ii had the Pleasure of having Garrett be our technician. He was Absolutely Amazing. Very professional and personalable. Respectful young man that KNOWS his business and got our home back secured up and running in no time. I would definitely recommend Alert 360
The original doorbell camera stopped working when our modem was reset by internet provider. I got online & followed all the prompts, but couldn’t get it to reset. I called the chat line for help and was told it was an easy fix that I could be walked through over the phone cause if a tech was sent out there’s be a $100+ fee. After 45 min of trying to reset over the phone, the rep said a tech would need to come out to fix it. The tech was here & was very kind & understanding. The whole camera had to be replaced. Kinda frustrating situation but now it works.
Took two calls to identify my problem, which in the end was not what was wrong. Contact was courteous and helpful, scheduling a tech for repairs. Because original equipment had been installed incorrectly, online testing did not correctly identify a bad battery. Insight tech identified the problem immediately and installed a new battery. Service, response and remedy were excellent, the loss of a star due to the original installation error.
Absolutely awful. From the buggy app they make you use for the panel, to the overpriced service charge every month. Will not ever be selecting Alert 360 for my service again. To top it all off, when I sold the house and moved confirmed termination of Alert 360 monitoring in early Nov, moved late Nov they STILL billed me fully for November AND December because they said that's what the contract policy was when I called. Not what I was told when I called in 2 months ago to cancel. So they like to lie and deceive customers so they can rip them off after-the-fact and call it a contract technicality. And, of course, when I called and asked about my stolen money they promptly threatened legal action to me over the phone. What a terrible rip-off company.
Technician, John, was knowledgeable, quick and helpful! He took his time setting up my app and showing me all the bells and whistles. Love my new system
I waited 5 hours for the technician who was supposed to come out between 12-5. At 4:58 he calls to let me know he was late. Really? You just now realized at 4:58 that you would not make the appointment? I wasted an entire afternoon waiting for someone who never showed up and never bothered to call when he had to have known earlier in the day he would be unable to be in time. So frustrating. I am currently researching other alarm companies
Garrett is extremely helpful and attentive. He understands the issues at hand and is quick to resolve them. I am pleased with the level of service I received.
The installation was quick and Jesse was really professional and nice. He did a great job explaining the use of the system.
