Alert Transportation

We used Alert Transportation via a swamp tour so didn't book them directly. I had to call the company as our tour company couldn't give us precise pickup details and our hotel had two entrances. The gentleman who answered the phone was extremely helpful and polite and assisted me in my enquiries swiftly. The driver on our bus was exceptionally well versed in local knowledge and drove very well. The experience was seamless and I would highly recommend them.

Alert Transportation was the perfect choice for our wedding party transportation. The driver was on time, friendly, went the extra mile, and a safe driver. What more can you ask for?

We started using Alert Transportation about 2 years ago when we missed a flight from Armstrong airport because all of the parking lots were full. since then we have used then many times. The drivers are always courteous and helpful. The vehicles are always clean and well maintained. Making a reservation is very easy. We recommend them to anyone who wants to get around without a hassle.

The evening of December 19, 2017 we used the executive van for my family to view Christmas lights and I can not be happier with our experience. Specifically, response time from office staff was excellent, office staff were professional yet personable, driver Sam was kind and accommodating. Equipment met my expectations at a competitive price. The company had a fair 3hr minimum policy then charged overages in only 1/2 hour increments which I feel is more than fair knowing I have worked with others who charge in 1hr increments. The driver was a new Orleans native so he knew the roads and that saved us from sitting in traffic and assured me because he took the same routes I would have. They did not have mileage and late night cost adders. It had the feeling of "here is your prices now get in, have fun, we got this". I wish I had taken the time to ask for an equipment in-service before departing because half way through the trip we discovered an aux-cord and device mount which would have allowed us to play our own Christmas music. I would and hope to have an opportunity to use this company again.

We had a group of 19 who had to get to the airport for an international flight. Just hours before our trip, our flight out of New Orleans was cancelled. We had to cancel the bus we had reserved with Alert. Then we learned we could get a new flight a few hours later. With little notice, ON A SATURDAY--Alert was able to find us a new driver and get us to the airport on time. They were so helpful and we are so appreciative of how flexible Alert was with us. I would highly recommend them!
