Alex's Bicycle Pro Shop

I went to several stores in the area looking for my first good and fun mountain bike, but when I walked into Alex's store I knew I was getting my bike there. The guys there are very professionals and they were able to answer all my question and come up with suggestions for my level of experience with bikes. I was helped by Oscar Silva, great guy and very professional. I will definitely recommend this store to get whatever you need related to the bikes world, not matter what age you have. Thanks guys I'm very happy with my bike and looking forward to use it in the Trails.

Oscar at Alex’s stopped what he was working on to help me pick out a mountain bike that best suited my needs. After going through everything he had in stock he went even further and checked what he had available to order me instead of pushing to sell what he had on the floor. Alex’s bicycle shop got me back out on a bicycle in no time. They even geared me up with gloves, shoes, bottle cages and more. It was truly a smooth and enjoyable experience. Thanks guys!

My wife and I walked in to the store to look at bikes with friends who rode frequently. It was a wonderful experience from the time we stepped in. We were greeted and lots of questions were asked, suggestions were made and finally the bike was picked and outfitted appropriately. We felt being guided as opposed to being sold to. I would definitely recommend the store for its inventory, people and process.

Amazing customer service. They make sure to educate you on the products. My wife and I had fittings done by Ed, it feels like we are part of the family now. He really took his time to explain and make sure we left there fully satisfied. If you are in the market for a bike, this is the place!

Great experience buying a bike from Alex’s Bicycle Pro Shop. These guys are pro’s not sales clerks. They actually ride together as a team! very cool. They’re informative, knowledgeable and love what they do. Antonio Helped me. He asked the right questions then suggested the right bike for me. I checked out some other bike shops in the area but they didn’t have the same feel or selection as Alex’s. I bought a great bike and have been riding every chance I get. Biking is fun and Antonio and his team made the buying experience fun as well. If you wanna feel like a kid again don’t get plastic surgery get a bike! Thank you.
