Dr. Shannon Lee was very professional, polite, caring, and gentle. The work that I had done by her was great! She was understanding of the concerns that I had about previous work that was done -by a dentist at a different business - she helped me understand her concerns of the work that was done and how we would need to move forward with correcting some of that work. The staff that are there are just as professional, polite, caring, and gentle as she is, they are a great team! The Dentist and the back office staff are great. I couldn’t ask for a better Dentist and Back office staff! That said, the front office staff, in particular, Stacey, is rude, condescending and downright nasty. She has zero customer service skills especially for working in a dental office! I would have given this office 5 stars if it were not for her nasty attitude. People who are at the dentist usually don’t plan to go and dentist are so expensive that insurance NEVER covers it all. Stacey is not only rude, she is demanding and loud when it comes to asking patients for money. It really makes me want to find another Dentist.

This was the best dental experience ever. I needed some work, that I was petrified of getting, but the Specialist Dr Chow and the doctor Dr Lee along with their Hygienist Lety and entire team assistants and front staff we’re very comforting and helpful to ease my fear and deliver the dentistry in a manner that would relax my fears and get me healthier. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for restoring my faith in great clinicians. I have found my dentist for life.

Dr. Shannon Lee and hygienist Leticia are amazing. All of the staff is so friendly, sweet, and even with months in between visits I feel welcomed and remembered!! After years of being afraid of dental work, this year i’ve been on top of regular visits thanks to the great and kind work this team does.

Dr. Lee with Alexander Dental is fantastic and has a great chair side personality. What really impressed me was how focused the rest of her staff is on patient experience which is typically lacking at most medical and dental offices. Not here though. I had an issue being on time stuck in traffic due to an accident. Most offices would want to reschedule. Glad I found this office!

Great doctors, but that's the end of it. Just like the other, several reviews. I get big bills out of the blue with a consolidated amount 2-3 months after the last visit date. The request for itemized bill is denied with strange suggestion that the system does not let them send itemized bill. They just want me to pay some amount without even questioning what it was for and having a chance to take up the bills with my insurance. Sounds like fraud.

Very polite and professional Dental office, made me feel welcome and good bedside manner! Starting from check in with Kristal and Stacy who were very Thrall and very friendly to back office Dental assistant Jazmin.. she was very smooth. Dr. John Bui was amazing explained everything to me and great bedside manner!!!

I am new to the state, therefore I was a new patient here. My new husband and I was in this office for 3 hours to ONLY get pictures and X-rays completed. They need to prioritize the appointment times, as it seems as though they were putting appointments on top of each other. I needed to get a crown started they say and a root canal in the same tooth, yet they were going to clean the tooth and start the crown but I would need to come back to get the root canal. I have NEVER HEARD OF THIS in my Life!! I thought a root canal was done first then a crown put on. Needless to say I left after being told that the dentist was in with another patient and the procedure would be an additional 2 hours one TOP of the 3 hours that we were ALREADY WAITING for dental work. But, this is after he’s done with the patient that was obviously put in front of us! This place is Ridiculous and very disrespectful to their patient’s TIME!

AMAAAZZINGGG staff I been coming here for a years now. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming everytime I could not be any happier. Dr. Lee is such an amazing dentist always makes me so feel comfortable. I got my cleaning with RDH Tanaye and she also made it a very very comfortable experience. From the moment I stepped in I got greeted by the girls up front Kristal and Stacy who are very helpful! If you’re in NLV I highly recommend this dental office

For the past 5 years I've been coming to this office for all of my dental treatments; Cleanings, Exams, even my Invisalign. Every time I'm shown the best customer service and the staff members are amazing. Shoutout to Dr. Lee who always greets me with a cheerful smile, Dr. Abdallah for being a great orthodontist and to his assistant Helen for being really efficient and kind. Thank you Alexander Dental Group and Ortho staff.
