Dr. Ehrlich was thorough but his pricing is misleading. My husband and I both got an initial consultation and my bill was $50 more than his. I called to get clarification and was told they coded based on what we had going on, yet there was no treatment it was just a routine initial skin check. I also had to wait over an hour to be seen.

The office is beautiful, the staff is very kind, but Dr. Ehrlich did not wash his hands before or after my consultation. I have hormonal acne and was trying a few things at home to clear my skin. The home remedies and frequent washings of my pillowcase were working, but I decided to keep my appointment with Dr. Ehrlich anyway. Just to be plain, my skin was clear when I walked into the office that day. Dr. Ehrlich touched my face in several places, gave me a few samples, gave me a prescription, and sent me on my way. At no point while Dr. Ehrlich was in the room did he so much as Purell his hands. The next morning, I woke up with acne along my chin and eyebrows, where Dr. Ehrlich had touched my face. I can only attribute it to the fact that Dr. Ehrlich did not wash his hands before touching my face or between touching other things and then touching my face. I cancelled my follow-up appointment as my skin has cleared up on its own again, without the help of samples or prescriptions.

Dr. Ehrlich deserves any awards he receives as a top doc in Philly. I'll always remember being referred to him and being told that you will wait in his office for a long time to see him, but that it is worth it. This is exactly the experience that I had.

I made an appt and then had to wait hours. He removed a cyst from my cheek, I asked before if it would leave a scar and he said no. There is now a huge depression. I went to another doctor to fill it in and they used a filler that left lumps or bubbles. So from no real problem to a huge problem now, thanks to this doctor ?. Stay away.

Very competent Dermatologist! Cares about patients & provides accurate diagnosis & prescribes the correct medications! I am very impressed! The best dermatologist I have ever been to!

I have never had to wait long at my visit, only to get an appointment but that is normal for any good derm in any city.

I have been waiting an HOUR AND FORTY FIVE MINUTES. Same as last time. Won't be back, not even if he is the best doctor in the world.

Problem solved in fifteen seconds, a broader skin check had two moles removed, lab showed that that was the good decision.
