I am not your typical scrub customer I am a dog groomer and was looking for specific material that was water resistant/quick dry and easy to clean. Suli and other the staff were above and beyond helpful finding the right tops, pants and shoes that were ideal for me in my profession. Excellent customer service!

Had a great and informative experience here to get my supplies for my clinical courses. The ladies who were working there welcomed me as soon as I walked in and showed me a variety of scrubs to choose from. Would definitely recommend!

Staff here is very helpful and friendly. Prices and selection are great. Easy to order size or style like tall for me if not in stock. Way better than shopping online.

Normally this place is 5 stars, but today's service doesn't even deserve 2 stars. I'm Normally greeted once arriving but not today. What appeared to be 2 workers turned out to be 4 or 5. Some were too busy decorating that back, then popped out and gushed about how cute it was‍‍.....1 worker behind the register slumped over the counter, then the clothing rack was complaining about something trivial‍........Then as I'm trying to look at the badge holders I had to excuse the 2nd worker to move out the way 2 times‍ The whole vibe of the store was just off. I was offered help to look at shoes though‍ I made some purchases from the clearance rack. I go to cash out and noticed my total was higher than I anticipated. I recheck as I'm in my car and see that I was charged full price on 2 clearance items. I went back, only to be stared at and given a super dull "oh". Not even an apology or anything. I was just fed up and returned the 2 items. I'd rather take the drive to the Wrentham store than to deal with the personalities I dealt with today.

Love the store..friendly and very helpful employees. Found everything I was looking for and the prices are not bad. Michelle

I’ve gone here a few times over the past year for EMT pants. This place is more of a cna clothing store but they have continuously worked with me to find pants that would fit. Overall the staff is always nice. Barbara has helped me many times ordering stuff if they didn’t have it in stock. Good people, good staff, quality clothes. Definitely a hidden gem for sure.

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They were able to discuss the differences between a few stethoscopes I was considering. Thank you!

This place was awesome. Literally needed all white scrubs within 24 hours...men's medium Tall... very hard to find. But guess what.... they had it and more! Love this place. Everyone we dealt with were so nice and helpful. We definitely felt appreciated and supported!

Love the selection however all I wanted to do was exchange an item, never worn, with the reciept for another size. Because it didnt have a tag on it, I was sent away. The item must have not had a tag, I never took any tag off. Thats unfortunate....It was the manager that denied me, the person helping me was friendly.

With so many online uniform retailers and Work 'N Gear less than 5 minutes away I won't be giving my business to Alexander's Uniform again. On more than one occasion I've had a poor experience with this store. The employees aren't knowledgeable about the brands they offer IE difference between sizing in Grey's Anatomy and Barco - they are the same company I stood at the register for almost 10 minutes waiting to checkout while two employees chatted amongst themselves at the other end of the store. Another issue I've experienced is waiting up to 4 weeks for my scrubs to come in, I understand this may not be their fault but when I order from an online retailer they came in much much quicker.
