Alexander Termite And Pest Control

It was not so friendly. We have what our rep came out to "inspect" and tell me they were just ants. Then, they were called "Swarmers." They have burrowed channels through 7 of my windows, structural damage, damage to my siding. Pests going in and out, termites and pest in my house.. have paid for decades. denied coverage, the rep said. "These are not Termites, they are Swarmers." Maybe a new guy, or is this how they really conduct business? No help. "Just get some killer and tape up the holes."

Our technician, Mr. Jamie Hill, has been doing the inspection on our property for approx 15 years. He knows it well and knows what to look for and where to look for potential issues. He is punctual, professional, very experienced, and efficient. We trust him 100%!
