I had a good experience taking in some of my leather coats for some special care. I look forward to getting them back along with some regular dry cleaning items that I dropped of also. They have ample parking in the lot across the street on the west side of the building and have a double driveway in front for quick pickup and drop offs. Masks are optional at this time. Rick Zorn
My go to place if I need a seamstress or dry cleaning. They offer both. The seamstress is fabulous, though with the pandemic her hours are limited. Very reasonable
If only I could give this place ZERO stars I would. They say that they have experience with military uniforms, but I beg to differ. They were even given instructions on exactly where the patches went and creases. They apparently weren’t listening as things were very wrong when I picked them up. The pants are wool, so it’s damn near impossible to get dry cleaners creases out. Told them that they didn’t do it correctly, and was told that they would refund the money for just one patch, nothing else. Owner couldn’t have cared less. Spent a decent amount of money here. Horrible service I took my coat for dry cleaning when getting home realize they only charge me for the service but never clean it. I had a white vest I took as well when I pick it up the vest had yellow spot all over and the front had black spots I had to throw it away I don’t recommend this place at all
Very professional, yet personable staff. Shout out to Ja ja. A little pricy for alterations, 80$. We purchased dress at David's bridal, should have went with their alterations, would of saved 30$. But in defense of seamstress, I'm not sure how much or how difficult the alterations were, my daughter is tiny, so...but would recommend for dry cleaning & some alteration needs, sometimes, you get what u pay for, I suppose...
Clean shop, convenient "drive thru" style parking. Super nice people! Only ever trusted this place for dry cleaning, and I don't plan on using anyone else. Sometimes there's even a cute puppy inside! They make my costumes and suits look PRISTINE.
Great seamstress and reasonable repairs,and alteration. She downsized my winter coat for under $30. I lost weight so it was like getting a new coat. Couldn't buy one for that price.
Hands down. The Best Dry Cleaner in a 50 mile radius. Service, attitude, Attention to Detail. I'll Never go to any other dry cleaning establishment. Worth driving to and fro. Period........please don't ever close.
I Went there to go pick up a package from Amazon They are a UPS Drop off site and when I approached the conter the employee gave me a nasty look like what do want and what are you doing here kind of look and I had to speak to her, she didn't even say hello or how may I help. I told her I was there to pick up my package and she asked me for I.D. so I had to go back to my car to get my I.D. and I felt very uncomfortable there. VERY UNTIGHT ENVIRONMENT
I remember this place from my old neighborhood. As far as alterations, the seamstress knows her stuff. She did a A1 job on my suit and the price was well worth it.
