I spoke with a secretary at Alexeyenco Medical and booked an appointment to see my doctor for the following day. The next morning I received a voicemail which I believe was in Russian and I was unable to understand. I called the doctors office to ask if they had left the voicemail, wondering if there had been a change to my appointment. I proceeded to be yelled at continually and told that I never had an appointment though that's obviously why they had left me a voicemail. When I calmly said 'please stop yelling at me', I was shouted back with 'I AM NOT YELLING AT YOU, I AM TELLING YOU' and told to 'come tomorrow at 11am'. I said I wasn't available tomorrow morning and that it was an emergency work-related injury that had to be seen. I was told 'THERE IS NO EMERGENCY HERE'. I again asked 'please stop yelling at me' and she said the other secretary may have made a mistake and it wasn't her fault, it was mine! I said that I understood it was a mistake, but it was definitely not my fault and asked to speak to someone else. She said noone else would speak to me. At no point was any responsibility taken for a simple mistake, and at no point was I treated like a human, never mind a client. I have never in my life been spoken to the way I was on the phone yesterday and have found a new PCP. Although my one visit to see a doctor here went well and I was happy with the service, I have never dealt with ruder or more condescending office staff.

Very unprofessional!!! Make patients wait for no reason! Really unorganized!
